This Johnny Rockets location is on the third floor of the mall by the AMC theaters so I don’t think it gets much traffic. The whole mall, Pacific place, itself is not as crowded. Not many stores here.

Due to severe dairy allergy, I thought I’d give the vegan milkshake, which is advertised at the table, a go! When it arrived, I confirmed it was vegan. They went to check and came back and said “No, we don’t have that.” So it was full milk and icecream! Thank goodness I didn’t drink it. Totally unacceptable and quite angering to be honest. This just simply is not acceptable. Don’t bother coming here. Service is average, meals fair.

It’s incredibly expensive here. The service is egregiously slow and you can barely understand the staff. The staff are nice however, they just seem very overworked. When we came in there was a 30 minute line, and another probably 30 minutes for food. The tables are hardly kept clean, as is the floor. The floor is very greasy. The food is also very greasy. It’s pretty good though. You seem to get less than you pay for though. We paid over $100 for 4 and it felt like $50 service at most.

The staff were kind and the food we got tasted fine. It was a really frustrating experience because the service was way too slow, even when the restaurant wasn’t busy. When the restaurant became busy, it was clear there just weren’t enough workers for prime dinner time.
