8/1/23 At the Outlet Center. We were so looking forward to a decent hot dog. Ordered 2. Even with the inflation thing aside, how they charge 13.99 for a small hot dog, an even smaller bun and chili paste plus profit is beyond me. It would not have been so bad if they served a WOW Chile Dog. But this was a joke. Both in quality and quality. First of all you could not eat it. Physically get it from the plate to your mouth. Imagine taking a bun, pouring chili on the BELOW the hog dog. Letting it soak it to where it was like a sponge then plopping on the heavier hot dog. If picked it up it would fall apart. Could not cut it. Became a shredded mess. My suspicion is that they let it get cold and then had to zap it in a microwave. Predictable failure. Oh. And after all that – it tasted very poor. Come on Johnny. You’ve got a reputation to keep. But like so many places, just because you manage to stay open the past few years, does not mean you can charge anything for anything.

Horrible service. Food was burnt. Waited 10 minutes at register to pay. Was excited to try funnel fries and pickel fries. Disgusting. All waitress could say I’ll give you a discount that’s how they come. I advised that’s not how the picture looks. This place went down

The staff here have the best attitude, especially in customer service! They were very nice when they greeted me, did their job very well, and, to my surprise, gave me a complimentary plate of fries. I have always love Johnny Rockets not only because of their service, but I love classic 50s theme restaurants. Thank you Johnny Rockets!!!

Food was sub par … We got a burger , milkshake and some chili. The milkshakes no longer come with the extra in a metal cup and it came in a to go cup. They charged us $3.50 to cut a burger in half and they add in %18 gratuity even on a small meal and when we got the check they still asked for a tip. Service wasn’t very good and it took forever to get the food.

Food was ok but what they don’t tell you about is all the upcharge additions. Our waitress told us we can sub this and that etc and when the bill came all of her “suggestions” were additional charges! So her kind and helpful suggestions just felt fake and greedy at the end. Bleh.

Came here after a long walk with family. Was pleasantly surprised how very friendly and attentive the staff was. Food was tasty and filling really enjoyed my Burger and Fries. Never been here, but definitely will go again before we head back home. So please stop by for friendly service and tasty food.
