Had a fantastic experience at this location today! Our son has severe food allergies and was refusing the food we brought for him. Janine (the manager) spent at least 10 minutes pouring over their ingredient labels trying to find something he could eat without getting sick. Above and beyond! Our food was great, all the staff we spoke with was super friendly and helpful, bathrooms and dining area were clean. We would totally eat there again!

I arrived at 1:20pm today to get what I thought would be a quick lunch. I figured the lunch rush would be over by that time. I was completely surprised by the absolute train wreck of Johnny Rockets. There is a sign on the door that they are short staffed however their issues are more than just staffing. There were 3 servers, 1 line manager and 4-5 cooks (one person seemed completely overwhelmed so I am not sure if a new trainee or what …) when I was there.

We left Odysea and wanted something to eat. Luckily this was still open while so many other places were closed! You’d think food places would stay open later because families were looking for food later than us and turned away. Anyway, sat down and ordered hot dogs and fries. Toasted buns on the hot dogs were nice. Plus we liked how the dog itself was cut. Helped cool it down quickly for our son. Fries were fresh and crunchy without too much salt. Just right. Vanilla and banana shakes were great. Fast friendly service. Just needs to stay open 30 minutes later than Odysea. 😉

If I could give this place negative stars I would do so. My family and I went to this location this past Saturday. We were seated pretty quickly. after 27 minuets Not a single person came to our table to take our order. What was also interesting was that a few tables that arrived after us, were taken care of before us. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that one, as I know different servers take care of different tables. However no one ever did come to take our order after almost a half hour. we were invisible. We just left. The kids were so excited to eat there. Only to have to just leave. We wont be back. That was the worst experience of my entire adult life.

Only one server. I was polite first and I totally understand that there is one server per the sign outside the door, but please don’t be rude about it. I asked if I could order one hamburger to go . Her response immediately even before I finished the question was nope!! You have to wait by the door until I’m ready to take your order because I’m the only server. She had a few tables waiting so I just walk away. Wish the server and cook the best

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. There is a sign that says please wait to be seated. A couple other families ignored the sign and sat down anyway. Trying to follow their process we waited and asked if we needed to wait to be seated. Amber says “That’s what the sign says isn’t it” with the worst attitude. Amber if you have customers come into the establishment, please be more polite and customer service focused. We are very sorry to have bothered you today but you don’t ever have to worry about us returning. Because of your disposition I took my family to Portillo’s to eat. I have a family of 5 and it would have been a good addition to your owner’s profit for the day. I hope you are able to resolve whatever issues you were having today and provide exceptional service to your future customers.

This place should have negative stars. I got a paper cut from their toilet paper on my finger, and I was bleeding so I asked Amber for a bandage and the waitress said no. My experience was terrible and do NOT recommend! The service is very slow! And one of the worst experiences I have EVER had! ALSO Amber was on her phone the WHOLE TIME, she took forever to give us the bill, and didn’t let any of us order off the kids meals. Overall this location is Horrible and I feel sick from eating their food (I may have gotten food poisoning).

If I could give this place negative stars I would this was the worst experience of my life. To start, when we were waiting to order our waitress was on her phone for so long before she took our order. Also, we were not that hungry so we wanted a kids meal because we were only going to eat a kid’s portion and Amber was incredibly rude about it and said she would not serve us kid meals because to have a kids meal you have to be twelve and under. Not only that, my friend got a paper cut and asked politely for a bandage and Amber would not give her one. Overall, worst experience in a restaurant and I personally will never go back there again!
