We ordered cheddar bacon fries. They arrived cold. We asked for a hot batch. They arrived cold and no bacon or cheddar on them, while also being half the size of the original order. Just a complete letdown. The burgers were a bit overpriced for my taste. Goto A & W instead.

Made a to go order, went to pick it up and they were very nice. Although, I was very disappointed in the food. First of all, they put all of the food on it’s side in the bag. My BLT was completely destroyed and the cheese from the cheese fries was spilling out of the container. Also my side salad was brown and oxidized and there was hardly any lettuce! Needless to say, I will not be going back there again. Also they forgot to put silverware in the bag.
