Very rundown restaurant. The grilled chicken sandwich was drenched in mayo and the bread was covered in butter. The plate was burned and the cheese on the cheese fries was not fully melted.

The restaurant was practically empty yet most tables were dirty. I had to ask the server to wipe one clean so we could seat. Our server was nice and the food was ready in just a few minutes. The food was great and at a very reasonable price. Just wish they put a little more attention to the cleaning part.

If I could rate a lower score, I would. This was the worst service ive ever had, showing pure incompitence. My burger was below average in every standard, I even tasted plastic. When Me and My friends got our receipt, our server mixed them all up and even lost one, all the while we got attitude trying to correct it. This was an overall terrible time and it is not reccommended.

Everything was DIRTY and OLD, rust and dirt/dust everywhere. I don’t know HOW they have ever passed any Health Inspection!

First time in a very long time that I’ve gone to this burger joint. It used to be fun and delicious. I always looked forward to coming here . But things have taken a turn for the worst. Prices have increased and food is not the same not even the fries. The also stopped doing the smiley family out of ketchup.

I had a bad feeling coming into the restaurant since the place was practically empty. Everything was extremely dirty to the point that I was worried about the food. I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and oh boy was a wrong. The food was a greasy mess with burnt oil flavor. I will give them 1 star for having good fries but if you’re coming to have a meal just go to the Buffalo Wings next door and I’m sure they’ll give you a way better experience for your money.

Sat outside with my two boys. Had loaded fries, the black bean burger, and Oreo shake. It was all very good… our waitress was very sweet and interacted with my boys… I love that they brought out little hats, balloons and coloring page without needing to ask. Told her boys will be splitting shake and she brought them seperate cups with tops really loved that and made ketchup smiley faces. The place really needs some renovations…. I noticed the menu has been updated …. hopefully someone works on the inside soon. I also think they are short staffed a lot of dirty tables. Hopefully you guys get the extra help soon.

Restaurant was dirty and dated. Service was good. Food was good once we got it. The French fries came before the burger which is okay but I like eating them at the same time. This place is showing it’s age and needs a renovation..

Never noticed how overpriced this place is. The kids meals are $7! My 1yo got 3 chicken tenders and a sprinkle of fries for $7. Then none of the burgers come with fries so thats an extra $4 per person. Bottom line you’re gonna spend about $20 for a burger and shake meal which seems a bit much for me when the food was just “ok”. The only thing that saved the experience was the service because the waitress was nice. Next time were going to Burger King it tastes way better and is way cheaper and surprisingly cleaner.

Walked into the location on a Sunday afternoon after seeing a movie. Other than one other table and a few people at the bar the place was empty. No one addressed us, and several of the empty booths were dirty. After standing around for a while the manager/supervisor, who was doing something at the register finally sighed, told his waitresses that they need to wipe the tables when they’re not busy while he walked over to wipe a booth for us. After sitting down with our menus we waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order while the manager/supervisor was busy flirting with the waitresses. He kept squirting one with a water spray bottle. I could understand slow service if it was busy, but when they’re too busy playing with each other instead of addressing paying customers, something is wrong.
