We brought our kids to eat here before our movie because it is right by the theater. We ended up leaving without even having anyone acknowledge us or take drink orders. Two parties who came in after we were seated had been served but we were ignored. It’s a shame, this used to be a nice place.

I ate here on Mother’s Day and The Service was great and quick . I can’t remember my waiters name but he was young , tall and thin with black ponytail . He was sooo sweet and attentive. I had the cheese fries with a Hershey peanut butter milkshake . Everything was delicious I will definitely be coming back

Carlos was the best! He was our server and he had us laughing while some guest were being rude to him. Would recommend. Not too many staff is working though, but food is quality and fast

I came here with my family last week around 11am. We noticed that there was only 1 person working there with atleast 8 other customers already. We figured our service was going to take longer but we were wrong. Our waiter Carlos who is also the cook, took our orders in a timely manner. He had a great attitude and cooked our food great! On a side note: The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because Carlos is the only one that was literally working for the 40 or so minutes we were there. Customers kept coming in and he would still check our table and was very attentive. We noticed before we left atleast 4 employees were finally coming in. They however did not look happy or very welcoming coming in to their job. One of the waitresses went to the back then a few minutes later left out and told our waiter that she was coming back later.( Even though she saw that he was doing everything himself.) The rest I saw sitting around and just seemed unmotivated to work. I just want to say Thank you to Carlos for providing excellent customer service to me, my family, and every person there that morning! You did awesome all by Yourself! hopefully in the future the rest of your coworkers will show up on time and learn to be a team player.

Bad service. Waiter forgot to bring drinks, napkins, and the check. Other employees had to remind the waiter to check on the table. It seems that he didn’t have this same memory lapse with other tables.

Server was very sporadic and lacking knowledge of basic menu items. Order an app “Cheddar Bites” she forgot to put that in. Drinks empty and a long wait for the food. The food was good but over priced I would much rather have Steak and Shake and will not be back to Johnny Rockets. Very basic food.
