Burger place can’t go wrong with a good burger and fries and has that old school atmosphere and beyond to it. Plenty of seating. A good area. You have plenty light if you’re in a large group, there’s plenty seating for that as well

We arrived and sat down, waited awhile. Waitress came out at 5:45 and asked if she could help us. I told her we wanted milkshakes and she told us they weren’t serving anything else and were closing and had us leave. If they aren’t serving something as simple as a shake 15 minutes prior to close on a busy Friday at the airport, close your doors for good and let another restaurant take over who will actually serve customers. I saw her ask an elderly couple who sat down to leave too.

Ate dinner there while Waiting for a flight, when I got home I looked at my credit card statement, and there was a charge for coffees at Dunkin’ Donuts?, which I did not make but I was wondering why my card took so long to get back to me. Someone used my credit card for coffees Before they handed it back to me for payment. Has anyone else had this problem?

Ridiculously slow. Ridiculous service. Waited 30 minutes for the drink after seating because the server forgot about it, and ONE HOUR for the food because the server ignored the plates which had been sitting there for 20 minutes. Almost missed the plane. The server was finally willing to grab us the food when I told her to cancel everything. The food was worse than any fast food chain or local little bars.

Huge shout out to “Rocket” Rick! So engaging with his customers ( even being short handed ). I just spent about an hour having a burger and all the laughs! This guy is the epitome of customer service! Go see him, you won’t regret it!

This Johnny Rockets is a solid option for travelers waiting to catch their flight (or killing time before heading home). There is a good amount of seating available, both booths and barstools. The food is not healthy but it is reliably quick and tasty. I have ordered the milkshakes and tater tots several times and never been disappointed. The ambiance is about what you’d expect for any airport restaurant. Solid, dependable, but nothing special: four stars. *Note: this review is from experiences pre-Covid.

Although pricey, as you would expect for any food found in an airport, Johnny Rockets will make a burger to order and serve it with a smile to the weary traveler. They always seem to manage a gluten free bun.
