Johnny Rockets is a childhood favorite of mine and very happy there’s a spot still open in Warwick. Excellent chili cheese fries and shakes – EVERY TIME. Kind staff. Highly recommended.

Johnny Rockets always a favorite of mine. I like that they have one in the Warwick Mall food court as a choice of where to eat. I got their tuna melt, very good. Generous portion of tuna on sourdough bread. I had their tots with cheese and bacon. Plus free refills on your drink. Very good…

Burger (if you want to call it that) was absolute trash. As was the customer service but i don’t expect of that from the mall food court. Save yourself the frustration and hit red robin or any other burger spot close by..

I dont even want to give any star to this place. Just because my kid loves to get fries then I had to go to this one as Burger King was closed down. This is my 3rd times came here n still got the bad service. No greeting, no smile, no anything! Today I was so mad as 1 waitress saw me came with my kids n we came right to the register for to go order. N that waitress who saw me just ignored me n went to the back. I looked n waited n none of them showed up. So I started to yell n asked who’s gonna take my order? Then finally they showed up..with no smile still! I said this is my 3rd times got this bad service from this place! Shame on you! Better train your workers good before open this business!!

Food was good and came out quick. Love their milkshakes coffee shake is by far the best coffee shake you can get in the mall. I recommend the specials not sure if they always have them but this location did offer them changes daily. Fries are good but the onion rings with the ranch I think they make in house is awesome.
