False advertising today at least, went at 11:30 am, no one was there, but everything else in the food court was open. At 11:45, someone was starting to open up, and she said another thirty minutes. Except, Google says this location opens at 11am. I’ve had the food before, lots of french fries and the chicken sandwich was good. I just wish that they would open on time as advertised. This has happened to me before.

I ordered at the kiosk because there was no one available to take my order in person. I am 6 months pregnant and there were plenty of seats available for me to wait/ eat when my order was ready. The server told me I could not sit there unless I was dining in so I said I would just dine in when my food is ready. When my food came out she told me again that I could not stay there to eat. Even though there were still plenty of seats.

This location used to be live and fun, now you have people who do t want to be there. We dealt with a really rude man at the register and we didn’t even end up getting a receipt. The price he told me and the price I had on my credit card were not the same. I’m not sure who’s overseeing this location but you’re doing a terrible job. Your employees are overcharging customers and ignoring us and making us pay a service charge by using the kiosk to pay. There were metal flakes on my onions which were concerning. This place needs a health inspection amongst other things. Do better..

Food was bad. Dry really dry burgers. Fries over cooked like if it were cooked twice.the guy at the register was rude to at least 4 costumers that were behind me. I ordered trough the screen. But very bad experience over all. Their sheiks were over sweet and ask and pay for chocolate syrup on mine but they did put it on. When I asked he said they didn’t have. Tried this restaurant already 4 times, is a waiste of money. Every time, I have to co.e back because the order wasn’t properly done. Got the wrong pizza, missing tortillas, missing items… just a complete disappointment.

It used to be excelent, and the burgers are still good, but the chili fries souce was bitter and burnt, and the milk shakes were mediocre ice-cream and a lot of syrup plus the prices skyrocketed, 2 people $40!. Add to the fact that the waiter looked like he rather be anywhere else, not once did he smiled and was short with customers, that made for a poor experience.

Every employee is in crocks. Was sitting at the bar are for over 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Girl working was more interested in her phone and her air pods vs. the 8+ people waiting to order and two people sitting waiting for service
