Absolutely amazing food! The fresh pasta and the focaccia were incredible. The service was also very friendly! The service fee is not an issue for me or anyone else I know that has worked in food service, and should not deter anyone from enjoying their meal!

Atmosphere was crowded but you expect that at a mall. The only reason the food got a second star is because the pasta itself was decent, albeit not worth the price. But the breadsticks…holy seasonings Batman, there was more rosemary than needed to keep every evil creature on the Hellmouth at Bay, and maybe save a few Winchesters too. But there was ONLY rosemary; that, and parmesan. That was it. Additionally, the bread had a freeze-burned lingering taste and consistency. Freeze-burned. This is mall food but it’s on the “nicer” side. If I wanted freeze-burned food I’d rummage to the deep recesses of my own freezer.

I watched an entire stick of butter go into my spaghetti. Completely unnecessary. My spaghetti had the same consistency/flavor/salt level as a can of Chef Boyardee spaghetti I ate as a kid. The meatball was dry and … Solid. I don’t know how else to describe the texture other than solid. Dense? I was hoping my first $15 bowl of spaghetti was a fluke, so before I reviewed it I wanted to try a different location.

So this place charges a hospitality tax to every customer when they are charged only 40$ a year for the Minnesota Department of Health as per any food or beverage restaurant. That’s pretty crooked adding 9% tax on every customer when your fee is only 40$ a year.

Food was delicious, fast, hot, fresh. Got the spaghetti and meatballs. Huge fresh moist meat balls, fresh pasta, tasty homemade sauce.

The pastas weren’t the best. Overall the flavor was bland and dry. The meatball had two pieces of bone in it. That killed my appetite. The breadsticks were also undercooked. Spent around $70 for 2 adult, and 1 kid pastas along two orders of breadsticks.

Walked by and saw the chef hand making ravioli right in the front of the restaurant and decided to try some. Glad I did! Best ravioli I think I’ve ever had (no joke) Came out quick and was super good. Would definitely go back to try some of the other items on the menu and would get th ravioli again in a heartbeat.

Ate here for the first time yesterday after passing it by a few times previously. SO good. Came back today for more. The guy upfront hand rolling pasta and gnocchi is so nice and personable! Food… I came back less than 24 hours later… that should speak for itself. Go try it. Seriously.

The area was very loud, there are ordering kiosks, the one I put my order into froze up so I had to re-enter it into the other one, I ordered 2 sodas with the meal, once I got my meal, I asked for my soda, the server looked at the empty cooler on the outside of the counter and said isn’t there any there, no, so she was trying to refund them as I stood and waited while my food was cooling, I asked if she needed me there, she said if I wanted the receipt, I said it will show on my card statement right, yes, so I proceeded to my table to eat, now 3 days later I see my card was charged but the sodas haven’t been credited, so that was a 4 dollar lesson, plus the food wasn’t worth the money ☹️

Just wondering…are there any real truffles in your butter truffle sauce? I guess I’m try to figure out the quality of your pasta sauces.
