Great place with delicious fresh cut fries, quality burgers, chicken tenders and grilled chicken combined with personable customer service. The owners are considerate. We talked to the guy who owns it for a long time. Really nice and interesting man from Upstate New York. Prices are reasonable for the area considering that we are in a tourist town. I’m local and a little south of Joey Diggs because I live in Surfside so I will make this a regular stop. Having black bean burgers on the menu is a plus for those who can’t do much red meat anymore for health reasons. The portion of grilled chicken on my sandwich was good. This is important to me now that I am on a limited diet.

We came here for lunch after looking up places to eat on Google. It’s hard to see from the road, we actually passed it and had to turn around. Plenty of parking in the lot. Seating outside and inside. There’s also a few arcade games for kids or adults to play as you wait for your order. It’s got the feel of a diner on the beach. There was only 2 employees who I believe were also the owners. Great service and hospitality. This place is unassuming, You don’t expect the food to taste as great as it does.

This is a great place to eat with delicious food. It has that old time Diner feel to it, and I highly recommend the Philly steak and cheese and tater tots. Also, you can’t beat the experience of eating out of a dog bowl.

Very pleasant mom and pop type diner. The coney dogs were not as good as others I’ve had in the past. Also tried their homemade sloppy joe, which had relish in it, a bit unusual for my taste.

Joey Doggs is amazing! We tried the Bacon Cheeseburger, the Chicago Dog, and the Joey Dog (chili dog). All three were so good. We also ordered a burger with no seasoning for our dog, and they cut it up for us! Staff is super friendly. Will definitely come back!

Joey’s was outstanding my wife had a terrific chili dog all beef with great beanless chili the way chili is supposed to be. I enjoyed a wonderful bratwurst with ketchup and mayonnaise absolutely delicious both rolls were toasted. We also had some french fries which were excellent. We walked in 20 minutes before the restaurant was going to close and the owner was more than happy to take care of us great service great food would highly recommend Joey’s Doggs. I’m looking forward to going again very soon and trying something else.

An older simple burger and hot dog place…food is only average and portions are not so large. Food is served in dog dishes which is unique… Place is older and ambiance is not too appealing… prices are also quite expensive for simple burgers/dogs. Service is limited with few staff…
