Great tequila bar. The courtyard has a great atmosphere but it can be hard to enjoy a meal on a windy day as you may have to cover your drinks and plates from stuff falling from the trees. On 2 visits we had to ask to relocate insite, which the staff was more than happy to accommodate. I will continue to visit every time that I am in Santa Fe

After getting the cold shoulder in one of the well know places at the plaza (one with a balcony) we decided to go somewhere else. And we walked to Joe’s Tequila Bar, beautiful and serene patio, superb services (above and beyond), with lots of locals with their well behave dogs. The tequilas were good and we ordered small plates and ended up having dinner there, excellent. I highly recommend this place from the managers to the servers they never stopped being attentive to all guests during the couple of hours we were there enjoying our food and drinks. Next time we are in Santa Fe will stop again. A short and pleasant walk from the plaza, right across the river and a block or so from the start of Canyon Rd.

Stopped here for a great meal! They let us eat in the lobby right outside the restaurant with our dog. The food was delicious and our server was very attentive.

Had a blast here! My wife and I were looking for a place to taste tequila/mezcal and this spot was perfect. Bartenders were friendly and very informative on what we were drinking. Service was fun and fast. People at the bar were friendly, and spent more time than we had originally planned!

Jose took care of us Monday AND because his service was so exceptional, we went back on Tuesday. Jose was very attentive and knowing my husband was in an experimental mood, came up with some very unique and tasty tequila suggestions. My husband and I would highly recommend Joe’s Tequila Bar. Ask for Jose!
