Formerly called Safford Taylor Freeze, this business is still owned by Joe Goodman. There have been changes to staff and improved procedures but the menu remains primarily the same.
A few significant changes: all of our patties are 1/4 lb AND are made from chuck cut meat. Our fries are second to none. Our green chili meat is now pork instead of beef. And the biggest change is FASTER SERVICE, dining in or drive-through.
We have live music by Joe Goodman and Sharon Watson every Friday night.
This place is a retro feel and a family destination.

I stopped here on March 15, and it was delicious! We (my family) got enchilada fries, butterscotch milkshakes, onion rings, cheeseburgers, and much more. The staff were very nice, and the restaurant had a geat environment. If I ever ended up in Safford again, this is the place I would go to!

Seriously SO GOOD. Love the old-fashioned atmosphere and the helpful kids running the place. Everyone has always been super nice and it’s a very clean place to eat. They have excellent burgers and are open late which I love. It’s an awesome restaurant option for those of us out toward Swift Trail area without having to drive into town. Make sure you try the enchilada fries!

The restaurant was too busy to go in & sit down so we hit the drive thru. The staff was helpful. Took the food home to eat. The onion rings were delicious! The burgers were very dry. What we paid for 2 burgers & family size of onion rings, we will be going to JD’s for a moist burger next time.

Prices are high food is not that good, portion sizes are small, burgers are small for the price, atmosphere is cold, basic concrete floor, metal tables and chairs very loud when there are only a few people in the store. Save you money go to Megs or arbys or any where else.

The ice cream is good. This rating is for my recent experience with just ordering ice cream and a drink because I haven’t had their food since they first opened since I wasn’t too impressed for the price. I will have to try it again and update this later.
