While there are multiple Joe’s locations we’ve loved the food at each of them. Including this one. I’m pretty sure this is the newest or one of the newest, but my wife works in Troy so it’s convenient for us. Great food!

Ordered online delivery tonight at 5:06 pm. Still have not received it and it is now 7:38 p.m. My card was charged and I cannot get them on the phone. Their phone must be off the hook. I will never order from them again. I will call my bank tomorrow when the charge posts to have it reversed.

We are fans of Joe’s Pizza. We have been dedicated customers for years at multiple locations. Thus, it pains me to write this review. Over the past few years Joe’s Pizza in Troy has gone down hill. The quality of food has stayed the same, no complaints in that department. But, the delay in delivery and responsiveness is another story. As stated, we are dedicated consumers. Always giving the benefit of the doubt. However, the past 3 times it has taken over 1.5hrs to have food delivered; only after calling to check on our food status.

The light was broken or something and kept going from off to blinding throughout our whole meal. The Chicago style crust was very under cooked but the rest of the food was delicious! Make sure you bring cash so you don’t have to pay a 3.5% fee to use a card!

Waited an hour for a pizza, was told by server that it was coming, and then waited another ten minutes before she announced the kitchen screwed up and the pizza hadn’t even been made. Left without the pizza. This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble with Joe’s in Troy IL. I will not be coming back, and recommend to others to find somewhere else to dine.

Service was great. But I can honestly say I’ve never had a sauce this sweet. I had a pizza and the appetizer meatballs, on both the red sauce was off putting with how sweet it was. Not sure if it’s meant to be that way, but it’s not for me.

We had a group in the party room. Service was really great. Food was really good just took awhile for our group. We had pizzas, sandwiches, pasta. All was very good

Foods great, the waitresses are great but the management is ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manager about the 1hr 45 min wait for my food that was supposed be ready within 45 mins, I asked the hostess to get her manager and came back to say they were “too busy” and for them to figure it out. The waitress did everything she could for me and I walked out. Why is management not doing their job and instead sending their employee out to tell me they are too busy to help me? It seems as though it’s ran by inexperienced management who puts it on the waiters to do their job. I asked for the name and they told me Tabitha. I think there needs to be major training and or improvements made in that department if you want to keep your customers happy. I wasn’t the only one who had this happen. It happens often.
