If you’re on i5 and want a cute and delicious diner to stop in, this is the place! Classic breakfast but with a homey and Mexican twist. The steak omelette was incredible! Great spot and amazing service too. Thanks Joe’s great coffee too.

The food was amazing with lots of variety to meet everyone’s desires. Portions were quite large. After ordering, it seemed to get to the table very quickly. Our party of 4 was in and out on a Sunday during prime breakfast time in well under an hour.

Truly a hidden Gem! We’ve lived here 4+ years and we’ve never eaten here. From the outside it looks basic but man oh man the food is good. Really tasty food! My son said the Arizona Enchilada Omelet was delicious. I’m vegan so it can be hard to find a good breakfast around here. Today I had an order of potatoes with mushrooms, onions, and Pico de Gallo with guacamole on the side. My son also had the Cinnamon Apple Chimichanga and it was HUGE! He ended up taking his most of it home. His eyes were bigger than his stomach. Very good. Huge serving sizes for both meals. Great service. Food came out of the kitchen quickly and piping hot. This is going to be a regular spot for us.

Their food is different every time I go. First time it blew me away, the sauce was so good and everything was seasoned. The last two times it was edible but I was kind of disappointed. It’s not expensive tho, the staff is very nice, and I still enjoyed my experiences overall.

This place was extremely delicious- you must stop here if you’re passing through or live in Redding. I ordered the chorizo con huevos, or chorizo with eggs. It came with a nice spicy salsa de Chile de árbol, rice and beans, and corn tortillas. It was the best ive had- the chorizo was nicely charred in some parts- and perfectly cooked throughout. The eggs flavored with the oil from the chorizo, made the perfect tacos. Can’t wait to get back here and eat it again. Also, they open super early! Like 6am, which is amazing. Get in there!
