Terrible service, false advertisement, the manager was very rude. He doesn’t care to be polite or professional . I guess bc he says his been working there for 20 years. They advertised items in the menu that can’t be made because they decided to turn the machine off. I little more respect from them would have been appreciated. Then they were by the register talking about me wanting the item that was advertised. Saying I was crazy. My 15 year old daughter even said they were very rude. I’ve also been going there for 10 years and today was the first time I had a problem. I give one star bc i can’t give 0

Visited on a Friday morning and ordered 2 breakfast burritos with Pico de Gallo, coffee, and hot chocolate. Prices were as expected for the area, and the quality was good.

Roast Beef was awful.. they claim to make it there.. I eat roast beef all over. This was Well done and tasted like it was not fresh.. like a sour taste.. I should have sent it back but we were starved.. so many better alternatives in Vail.. baguette was hard too.. disappointing

Totally not worth it. Completely over-priced for the size of sandwich you get while only being average in taste plus it took them for eternity to make two sandwiches with three people on duty and the store being not busy at all. You don‘t get famous by calling yourself famous.

Wanted to try a local deli. We chose Joe’s. Loved it being on a lower level. Great friendly service. Disappointed that the sandwich didn’t come with a side other than a pickle spear. I had the roast turkey club and the wife had ham and swiss. Not much taste to mine. The white cabbage didn’t add to the flavor. Nice chewy bread and the homemade ice cream looked good.

It’s a good place if you want cheap ice cream or lunch but the food it’s not good, wouldn’t recommend it.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. First, it’s pretty expensive for a sandwich, but I can chuck that up to Vail. If it was good, I could live with it. I got the terrible Philly, and they say they make the beef in-house. I doubt that it was so fatty and chewy I took one bite.

For their sake, I hope it was just a bad batch. We stopped for ice cream on 7/31 and three of us ordered the Oreo Mint because it sounded great. We all ended up throwing it away. Again, I hope this was a one off, but quality control was lacking the day we visited.

Wonderful breakfast sandwich! Great quick bite in the center of Vail village. Hidden down a set of stairs, narrow little place but busting out if the seams with deliciousness. If in a budget and looking for a good bite, excellent choice. Full sandwich menu and other baking goods.

Came here just for the ice cream and was pleasantly surprised. The kids loved all the flavors and I enjoyed the cantaloupe sorbet even though it was a little too sweet. One of the kids didn’t like a specific flavor, since sample are not happening during covid, and they honored their satisfaction guarantee and gave her a new ice cream.
