Pricey even at Happy Hour. Place is a bit outdated. Food was good except for the kids pizza. Lots of parking, plenty of available tables. A bit dirty and smelling. Disappointed on how long it takes to get order taken, drinks, and refills… It was almost like they wanted you to miss happy hour. They didn’t know was on menu for happy hour..If you go maybe order two drinks each in order to get a good deal other wise you will be waiting for a staff member to come back and you’ll miss out. Handicap parking available.

Food was good and came out fast. Our waitress had a “couldn’t care less” attitude acting like she would love to be anywhere but there. The bartender on the other hand checked on us several times , super polite and friendly.

Wanted have lunch during a slow weekday. Upon arriving the staff that we engaged with were not very welcoming. Once seated we waited for 10 minutes at our table, but not one waiter/waitress assisted us. Now mind you it was pretty slow and during a week day. The restaurant was pretty slow. So slow waitstaff decided to stand around and blatantly ignore guest. We decided to go over to the chili’s down the way and were greeted with staff opening the doors and smiling. Sure it’s just chili’s, but the staff there made the best of the day by genuinely being nice. Here’s the kicker for a weekday that chili’s was pretty busy…sorry Joe’s, but I will not return to this location.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday last night and the service was terrible. The waiter met us at the door and just said sit “whenever”. Which initially I thought was cool that he allowed us to choose. Then when he came over to take our order he rushed us a bit to give him the drink order. We needed more time to look at the menu. When he got our order he went missing. We needed refills and no one was in our area until he brought our starters. I asked about happy hour and specials and he was so dry and had very little info to offer. The food came to the table and was pretty good, but he was reaching across our plates to hand us the food vs placing it on the table. The point of this was the service was terrible. I asked what’s the protocol for birthdays and he said “I don’t dance OR sing” and that was that. It was NOT a great experience. I’ve been to the Riverwalk location once and the food was okay, but the service and vibe was incredible. The Quarry had great food, but the service was garbage. The waiter was a fail.

The food is great and the main reason for going here. A year ago, the rating would have been a 5 star. We normally go to the bar to have someone fun interaction. Not this time, the overall atmosphere was gloomy, the sign on the door indicating new ownership, and no acceptance of gift cards or coupons send a clear non-welcoming message. The initial bartender was friendly but clearly ready to get out of there, never introduced himself. Next bartender, if that’s what she was, also no name, didn’t seem to really care and lacked in checking on us. Very disappointed in a visit we were looking forward to…Not sure we’ll be back.

Delicious food, but took a long time to get. The bathroom was dirty but at least had a changing table. My 2 year old was terrified of the giant shark inside so we sat outside for lunch. Even with fans it was very hot- THEY SHOULD HAVE MISTERS! Cats living under outsider patio. The staff were very sweet and accommodating with my toddler.

Food was good enough. Waitress acted like she couldn’t get rid of us fast enough. Less than 5 minutes after delivering our food, she dropped off check and never returned. We had to flag down a manager to get refill on drinks.

Food was good. It came quickly, and my server was good too. However, busing the dirty tables was not a priority. I sat outside on the deck because it was a nice evening and I wanted to enjoy it. But no matter how nice the weather, I couldn’t enjoy it surrounded by garbage. I stayed because I kept hoping they would surely clean up the tables trashed w/crab claw shell and such any minute. But they never did. The staff kept walking by, ignoring it. As if it’s perfectly okay to have customers eat in a garbage heap. When I say I was surrounded by dirty tables, I’m not exaggerating. The hostest tried clearing off the one w/the least amount of trash so I could be seated, but I opted for one where the least amount was directly in my line of sight. Management, you have to do better than that.

Went on a weekend night and it wasn’t super busy. we walked in and were awkwardly standing there for 5 mins until one of the three girls standing in the front finally decided to ask us how many. not welcoming at all. our waiter was awkward as well. we order a steam bucket for 2 people and it came out to $58. the seafood was seasoned with a powder but was not as juicy as i expected. probably won’t be returning.
