Great sea food to be in the middle of Maxton! The hamburger wasn’t half bad either, but if you coming to try something go for the BBQ or the Seafood. Those are there main dishes in my option and you won’t go wrong there.

I am originally from NC. I have killed hogs, scalded them, and cut them up. I have cooked every part of a pig/hog that is cookable. My wife and I have traveled the world and Joe has the most magnificent ribs of any place we have eaten them. A Hawaiian Luau, or Chinese BBQ ribs in China or Tibet, can’t match Joe’s ribs. In our opinion, Joe prepares them to perfection. The best ever. If my wife would let me, I’d eat a lot more of them.

Joe did not disappoint. The ribs fall right off the bones. An tasted amazing. The shrimp was good too. Excellent side items. I had the slaw an potatoe salad. Both home made an tested great. Coworker had the rib eye an it was cooked perfectly an seasoned to perfection. Highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the area. Full an satisfied.

I called at 6:10 and made an order and was told that it would be 45 to 50 minutes. I was fine with that. It’s Friday night and I totally understand Maxton doesn’t have a lot of choices. My husband arrived at 7 and didn’t walk out with our food until 7:40. Mins you we only ordered 3 hot dogs, a fish plate and some hush puppies. An hour and 30 minutes for that. This was the first and last time I will EVER get food from here! Too bad I couldn’t give zero stars.
