The wait is worth it! I’m pretty old, and I can honestly say that I had the best french Toast in my life here (blueberry cream cheese french toast) The chicken fried steak was actually thick and fresh, and more like a steak than anywhere else! My girlfriend ordered us bomb mimosas. And she had a phenomenal vegetarian omelette. It’s a Must go, place to eat!

This is hands down the best breakfast Albany has and in the top 3 of the entire Willamette Valley!!! The menu has a variety of unique and never heard of combinations in the valley. Their food is absolutely delicious and well thought out. Prices are ridiculously on the low side for this quality and portion size. You will definitely leave stuffed and you won’t feel icky hours afterwards because of the quality of the ingredients.

Staff was efficient but not really friendly. Seemed like they hate being there and serving customers. The Mac n Cheese was absolutely amazing. Will be back to try their other Mac n Cheese options.

I have to agree with some of the previous reviews.. The staff wasn’t very friendly. I did notice the “Now Hiring” sign, so maybe they just need some help.. 🙂 Aside from that, the wait time was a little long, but the food was well worth it! We ordered the buffalo bacon mac n cheese and bbq chicken sandwich with fried pickles. Good portions and the food was delicious!! We will definitely be back to give another try.

Sunday morning was a slight wait to be seated. It was difficult to decide, so i got the Bananas foster french toast and my sister got blackened shrimp Benedict. Very generous portions and so gooood. Definitely will return. A gem of a restaurant.

In the photos are the Chicken Fried Steak and Chicken and Waffles. 14$ and 12$ respectively. The food was great, the waffle was deepfried and crispy, chicken tenders might be one of the best I’ve had. The servers were polite. My one star reduction is only due to the wait time of around 40 minutes for two breakfast meals, and being a little more expensive for the serving size compared to other breakfast restaurants in town. The next time we visit I would try the more southern focused dishes as there aren’t any other southern food restaurants in town.

Oh my the food here is amazing, no it is amazingly amazing. The service has improved since the first time I went, I swore that I would never go back despite the food being some of the best I ever had. No joke, the food is that good. I’ve going to take my friend to Brick & Mortar but they had a 45 minute wait and that was just too long for us, so I decided to give Jo Jo Macs a second try. Glad I did, the service was much better than before, still not good, but the food was even better than before and I didn’t think that was possible.

Awesome food. Parmesan wraps??? I don’t know any other place that thought of this! Southwest Chicken wrap had a lot of chicken and vegetables, and it was very savory. Also, that caramel apple french toast was AMAZING. Not a fan of the coffee, but the french toast made it taste better hahaha Not too soggy, and the apple slices made it perfect. Serving size? Share it unless you want to get overstuffed.
