Awesome place to eat the staff was friendly and kind. And the BBQ is way better than Rudy’s, in my opinion. And the service was impeccable. The place was very clean and inviting only down side is no public restroom. But all in all better than most BBQ restaurants in Lubbock very legitimate place to eat.

Went to pick up some BBQ this evening and was pleased with the speed of the service but I am severely disappointed with the care and handling of my food. When we checked the bag ay home the bbq sauce had busted open all over the place and one of the mac n cheese containers had been completely crushed. Unfortunately will not be returning to this locations.

I went to the 7900 block of Slide Road location today for lunch I ordered the lady was nice but, the lady who was working the back was yelling at her child that was with her behind the counter and when she brought out my sandwich she was rude, she told me she didn’t get pickles and onion very rudely and I told her I ordered them with my sandwich and she very rudely told me “I didn’t take your order”. Doesn’t matter right? It’s in my order I would like pickles and onion please, she snapped, “I’m getting them”. Complaining at me the whole way she brings them out…. Seriously? Poor customer service. I won’t be going back that’s for sure!

There is a sign on the window that says all of their meals come with onions, jalapenos, pickles on the meal. I didn’t think it would be necessary to request them. Got my Frito pie home and was disappointed to see it had none of those things. Bummed.
