The wait time for food was ridiculous. 2 hrs for a large order of rib tips. I will never patronize them again my time is valuable also. I don’t cate how good the food is it should NOT take HOURS to service your customers. Not the cleanest looking establishment either. Very old timey only accept cash payments. Yeah I will not be back. You’ll come out cheaper making your own food.

I arrived and ordered a rack of ribs at 12:30 p.m. I waited until 5 p.m. and was told they were out of food. Customer were coming in and out getting their food orders. One person was even told to come around back to p/u his food in the back of the restaurant. There were several people there that waited with me for their food as well. They were turned away after 4 plus hours being told were out of food. We were given “No Wait” tickets to come back on two separate occasions to order food. The bathrooms were out of order. We weren’t offered anything to drink until 3 hrs into our wait. Whoever runs this place is incompetent and clearly does not know how to run a business. When the “No Wait” customers come in tomorrow. The waiting customers will be in the same position that I was in today. This is truly the best BBQ I “Never” had.

Decent BBQ but they only offer chicken and pork. No beef or seafood. It’s a restaurant stuck in 1990s with limited side offerings that are also out of date. I know they say if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, but you could consider adding to it, the menu that is. Especially since you run out of ribs on a regular basis, I don’t eat pork or chicken anymore and would love to see JJs spin on BBQ and grilled seafood and every BBQ restaurant should have a beef offering even if it’s just a cheeseburger. A few new sides would be awesome also.

The food is delicious! The wait time is horrible. The customer service is underwhelming. I ordered a week ago for a pick up at noon today. It’s not ready and they don’t have the bake beans I ordered. I’m very disappointed!

The bbq is so good here but the wait is horrible!!!! Both times I’ve came it’s been 2hrs and this last time been almost 3hrs bcuz everyone wants to buy a pan instead of simple orders so to have small order ppl wait for hours bcuz ppl are too lazy to cook and been leaving out w/ 2 to 3 pans of meat like other ppl don’t want to eat so it needs to be a NO PAN DAY so we can have a even flow day bcuz this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!

This place came highly recommended. I haven’t even gotten my food yet and it’s a no for me. I have been here 2 hours. I drove a tad bit over a hour to get here and will drive another to get back home. I felt my whole Saturday will have been wasted if I leave without my food. The smell is devine and I hope that some of my disappointment will vanish once I get my food. However, it can taste like liquid gold and I will NEVER come back.
