First time trying out this spot. I had ordered a Philly Cheesesteak combo meal along with a lamb gyro combo meal. The Philly Cheesesteak was kind of bland and the sautéed pepper and onions were too soft and mushy. The gyro on the other hand was amazing! It was seasoned perfectly. I loved how they seasoned their fries with lemon pepper as well. This place is truly a hidden gem.

Just as friendly as folks can be!! And the food is phenomenal!!! Last night I had the sambusas. SUPER flavorful and just the right amount of spicy, not overpowering. I’ve had their catfish before, and tonight it’s just as delicious as ever!! I’m going to recommend the tartar sauce for dipping your fries. Not your fish. The fish deserves to taste as good as it does all by itself. They make the tartar sauce themselves! They have the packets too, if you don’t like homemade. But it’s the best darn tartar sauce in all the Cities!!!

FANTASTIC!! This is my second time ever at JJFC. This place is a diamond in the rough! So much to choose from. I drove over 30 miles just to eat here. I had the catfish for the second time now. The gentleman working was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning without a doubt!

From Eagan but I was in the area and stopped in for takeout. I bought chicken wings and they were the best I have had in years. For the price I expected mini wings but was surprised to see the wings were quite big. Tasty tasty tasty.

I called in a pickup ordered and explained that it I didn’t want any Gyro sauce on my cheese fries and he said ok over the phone. When I came to pick up my order I double checked because they messed my order up before so I kindly asked it to be remade and got dirty looks from the owner and the other woman in the kitchen. Took my food home and started eating it to find what looked and felt like little bones?? In my fries like fish bones or something I’m not sure what it was. I hope that this wasn’t purposely done or that I didn’t ingest any of these things before I noticed.

I love J Fish and Chicken! Their level of quality customer service is very rare on this side of town. Food is always delicious and hot. The portions are good for the price and the prices for a meal are comparable to what someone would pay for a value meal at a fast food chain. The owner is handsome too.
