I ordered 2/4 piece chicken breast,got home and they were hard as ever!!! Take them back and he tells me that they don’t look hard!! So,I would really use my time and gas for nothing??? They remake them and get home and they aren’t cooked all the way through!!! I’m over this place and they can keep the $40!!! Will never return again. The guy at the register is rude as ever!!!

I had stopped patronizing JJ’s because of such bad service-then I happen to stop by the JJ’s on 62nd and Capitol-Upon enter I was created by Lou who was kind, the lobby was clean and the food was great! I had order a catfish dinner and forgot it on the counter. I called the restaurant and was told to come back-I went the next day not realizing the staff made the dinner the day before.sure enough Lou gave me a slight tongue lashing with a smile and prepared me dinner. I went today and the same nice smile of Big Lou was there to greet me! Chicken was hot the fries were hotter and the lemonade/strawberry drink was refreshing! Needless to say I forgot my Pepsi ♀️-I work with the public and it’s rewarding to meet/visit an establishment that cares about people and community!! Thank you BIG LOU!! I will be back for my Pepsi!!

I ordered the fish combo and got 3 pieces of perch and 10 shrimp with fries. The fish and the shrimp were absolutely overcooked. My meal was very disappointing and dissatisfying.

TERRIBLE! DONT ORDE ONLINE. I wish i could give 0 stars. They messed up my order, I took it back and they said I had to do a refund online…that doesn’t exist. They wont do it in store and they wont replace the order. I literally just wasted almost 30 bucks. I hate it here.

U can forgot about ordering by phone! Lol.. I was on hold while driving there. Got there in 8 mins and still was on hold. The staff did explain he was busy and had a new employee to train. I was understanding and I placed my order. It took about 12 mins to get my fried 4 pc Catfish dinner (9/5/17 – 10:19pm). While paying for my order, the new employee made a mistake and gave someone else’s order to another person who left immediately. U can sense the frustration from the staff and the customers. The customer was very upset and I tried to defuse the situation by keeping a smile on my face. I tried talking to the customer and the staff and make light of the situation. Inside I was like wowwwww!
