Stopped today, and darn, am I glad we did. Hands down the best fried catfish I have had, EVER! It was seasoned perfectly, light and buttery. I’m always so leary of trying fried catfish because it seems to be rubbery everywhere else. It was heaven. I can’t wait to get back there already. The service was friendly, served with a smile. Only downfall was very few tables and it was hotter than all get out. But the catfish made up for it. I will be back!!! I took photos but was already just about done.

My husband always gets the catfish and oysters and I get the chicken tenders which are delicious fresh and plenty. The fries are good and coleslaw too, just wish it was a bigger serving size. Sorry I was half finished before I took the pic. I could only eat 2 pieces and was full!

This small little restaurant had some of the best chicken!! They also gave us some free fries. And since we were driving and trying to feed kids they through in a bunch of treys, which helped !! Highly recommend. Good food and even better service

I used to eat here back about 15 years ago when I first started driving. But I stop coming here about 4 years ago because the food started going down hill (taste wise). And the price went up. Well I decided to try it again today for dinner. when I stop driving. I have to admit it was pretty good. But I won’t come here very often because they are expensive for the portions you get. I order a perch fish and shrimp combo. It set me back almost 13.00. Pricey for the portion.

Don’t believe the hype, that’s what someone else says here. It’s true, the chicken wings were tough to chew on; they had a hard rubber texture. They were to pricey for the taste 12 for $17. It should have been at least $10 so that I wouldn’t feel bad for dining here.

OTR Driver here. I was parked for the night at the Pilot, so decided I’d try this place, i don’t eat out much as i cook on my truck, but I figured i see what this place had. I ordered the 13.99 mix up your own 2 pieces of 3 items combo platter, you choose off a vast menu fish, chicken, shrimp, etc, comes with fries, bread, n coleslaw. I through in a Peach Snapple, everything with tax included was 16.67, and the Snapple was a large bottle. Friendly employees, good food, 15 minutes food ready, they have a few tables, TV, and overall good atmosphere, restrooms, and they have quite the colorful menu you can review and order from. Try it out drivers, Lotta things to choose from off the menu. The only thing I didn’t see was silverware or napkins, I had my own..lol.

They can make good food but on any given day you could walk out of there with a bag full of garbage. I suggest you check your food before leaving because close to 50% of the time you will be disappointed
