I think this is my very favorite Ramen bar in San Jose – it is hard to say specifically why but I always feel very satisfied after I eat here, more than I have been in the other places I have tried.

I placed an online order for pick up. I ordered the spicy creamy vegan ramen. When I got home, there was no tofu in my order. I was so disappointed. I was pretty much paid for water & ramen. I was very upset that no one paid attention when putting my order together. I called & explained to the girl over the phone my situation with my order. She said “ok” & hung up on me. I didn’t get her name. I called back & this time the manager answered. Explained to her what happen. It was hard to understand her over the phone & I was told to call the next day to place the same order which I did because I was told I can order the same thing no charge. She offered me tofu only…why would I drive all the way over there just for some tofu with out ramen. It’s not my fault that whoever prepared my order was not paying attention. Again, very disappointed & no good customer service.

Excellent ramen place with flavorful food. Loved the vibe inside and the food turned out to be delicious. We are vegetarians so tried their impossible gyoza, impossible bun, flying vegan harvest ramen and spicy creamy vegan ramen. It’s little on the expensive side but worth it as far as food is concerned. The gyoza were really good in taste so as the vegan impossible bun. Both the ramen had different flavors and the portions are really good. We’d definitely be coming back here. The place is quite busy so expect a wait, I’d recommend to go early especially if it’s a weekend and you’re going for dinner.

We went as party for 4. I like that the place serves good ramen even for vegetarian since all of my friends we’re vegetarian. It didn’t take long to grab a seat. But took a while to get our order.

Really good ramen! We tried one vegan and one vegetarian option for ramen. Both had their unique styles and appealed to different tastes. Their portions are pretty wholesome and only one ramen was enough for a complete lunch. The seating is pretty limited in this location but the service is quite fast so you don’t have to wait too long.

I visited this place twice. The service is good and quick. I tasted 2 different vegetarian ramen(both spicy). I liked the spicy creamy vegan ramen better. I’d have liked tofu to be fried/cooked . The tofu they put is super bland. Their outdoor patio has ample space. There will be a little wait when you go for dinners on the weekend. The parking is always full since it’s in the mall. It’s a good try- but not my to-go spot!

We have been here on a weekday for lunch. It was not so busy, parking was also easy. Liked the outdoor seating near the heater. Nice ambience. But you have people adjacent to you almost like Bar counter.

Cozy ramen bar located in the Oakridge mall in Almaden valley, San Jose. Please note there is no entrance to the restaurant from the inside of the mall. You will have to get outside and walk a few feet along the sidewalk.
