I’ve been to other Ramen places in Oklahoma City. And so far, this is the best. Despite living near this place for a long time, I have been to other Ramen places and I instantly regretted not coming to this place. They have plenty of seats available and I am impressed with the variety of vegan options available. We tried their Sake in different flavors and lichee flavored was our favorite.

I have been to the Jinya in Tulsa and thought I’d do something different from my usual Goro this time. I got my usual creamy vegan ramen and it was just ok. I have something to compare it to having had it many times in Tulsa. I don’t know how it can be so different but I have some recommendations on how this particular location can get up to par. The waiter was incredibly undereducated on what items were vegan. Tulsa has a dedicated vegan menu that they give to you to order from. That would be incredibly helpful as employees aren’t always properly educated. He told me anything with a green leaf. I let him know that means vegetarian and not vegan and they are two very different things. So, I ordered a salad and then had to look up the nutrition information on my phone for Jinya to make sure it was vegan and it wasn’t so I had to change my order. This is a problem. I took the leftovers home and the noodles literally fell apart the next day. I’ve never experienced this before and it was just gross. Another time I had ordered a kids meal to go and was not given all of the items that were included but I was already on the road so couldn’t get it corrected. This was when they first opened. But by now they should have the kinks worked out and everyone makes mistakes. Mainly this location needs to create a vegan menu and educate their employees on the menu. The food isn’t quite as good as Tulsa’s was and I’d rather just have gone to my favorite ramen place that’s always reliable and good.

The presentation of their dishes is nice but the portion sizes and value for money definitely need improvement. You get a bowl of ramen with just two little pieces of meat or theres a little appetiser thats also served with a tiny piece of salmon. There are other places where you can get better and more flavourful options.

Service was awesome. We get there and almost immediately sat at our table. Server was very helpful with recommendations and gave excellent service through the meal. Food was amazing!! Had the black ramen with a pork bun. Flavor was out of this world good!! When I’m up in this side of town again I’ll definitely stop by.

First time trying JINYA with the girls and we were blown away! It was a great, clean, atmosphere! Audrey was our waitress and she was WONDERFUL! I had the JINYA chicken ramen and tried the pork gyoza: A+ ! Will for sure come back again! Well worth the price!

Yuvaldi was our server and she was out of this world, super nice and sweet and attentive. Helped with suggestions as it was our first time. Food was so good, I rate this ramen place higher than Goru and the other one is down right awful. This is the place to go to have ramen!!
