Very flavorful Asian food – in the broadest sense of the word. A large menu spanning options from various Asian cusisines and fusion, adaptations. It was super busy and loud when we were there. They do a good job of accomodating larger groups but if you’re not with a large group, it may not be the best choice.

Great Asian restaurant and happy hour spot on Main in Aspen. Happy hour is 430-6 and had heavily discounted specials on select drinks, sushi and apps. Friendly and attentive staff, nice elegant setting, tasty and high quality foods. Some vegan options.

Highly recommend the Aspen roll and french onion soup dumplings. A little overpriced but the food tasted really good! I’d definitely come again! It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Aspen.

The food was really good, the vibes were great, people watching…top notch. Bathrooms so loud you could be doing anything in there….just don’t stay longer than an hour and a half, the music is on loop.

I loved my experience at Jing Aspen. It’s on the more casual side of places to eat in Aspen. I went with a party of 15 and we were all comfortably accommodated. The food is very tasty and there is a wide selection of Asian fusion dishes. You can pick anything from sushi, soups, salads, to dumplings, rice, noodle, Waygu beef dishes. The owner and staff are super nice and welcoming. They gave us free tequila

Our first time to Aspen and just took a chance went in to the very busy Jing place. Instead of waiting we decided to sit in the bar which turn out to be a great choice! The bartender Angelica was great and we had a wonderful time. The spicy seafood pot was very tasty with some side dishes we were both very full. The owner Frank was very nice to come out chat with us that made the dinner extra special. We definitely will be back next time in Aspen.

Great Asian food in Aspen! We started with the Hot and Sour shop, then had the Aspen and Colorado Sushi. Their Shanghai dumpling had the right flavors. Or main course was a well prepared Singapore noodle and Prawn and Scallop stir fry. Frank was the best host.

I stopped in here to try out their Sunday happy hour with my fiance on a Sunday afternoon. Their menu had a lot of specials for happy hour for food as well as beverages. The food was all well made with quality ingredients and delicious. I will say the portions are a bit small for the price but something to consider for the area. Our waitress was extremely nice and quick to check on us. I’d recommend a stop in, especially for happy hour.

This is a good Asian restaurant, more casual than upscale, but quite pricey. We had the edamame, roasted half Peking duck, porcini mushroom dumplings, and the calamari. Everything was delicious. Not impressed with the dessert

Very modern atmosphere, it was bustling at about 7:30pm Friday night in the off-season. I think reservations would be a good idea during peak season.
