We made the mistake of ordering Philly cheesesteaks from this airport restaurant and left very disappointed. We paid $40 for 2 under cooked and unseasoned cheesesteaks. Just wait until you leave the airport. I promise, it is not worth it!

It’s okay sandwich but nothing like Jim’s on South Street! The onions are not caramelized and they did not use Amoriso bread. The flavor was just not there. Can’t wait for the original to be rebuilt.

Fast and inexpensive sandwiches. Great for a quick bite while in the area, but it’s unlikely that I’d order takeout or delivery from here.

It’s airport food so your expectations need to be managed a bit. I thought the cheesesteak was fine. Nothing great but not terrible either. The meat amount was pretty fair but bland without any seasoning. Definitely ask for salt/pepper and/or ketchup. I wish they’d warm up the bread a bit (it’s a bit cold) and let the cheese melt a bit more too. This is a place where consistency probably isn’t the best so I’m sure the experience here varies greatly. Service was also quick and efficient.

I have a 4 hour layover at the PHL airport. Since I’m in Philadelphia, I should try the famous Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, right?! I looked at the airport map and found Jim’s South Street in Terminal C. I ordered the cheese steak sandwich, the server asked if I wanted peppers and mushrooms? I was under the impression it was included but it turned out it is $1.69 for each additional topping. The whole sandwich costs $17.25 after taxes. The sandwich was made fresh to order and you can see the server cooked in front of you. The sandwich was hot and fresh when it was handed to me. I took the first bite and noticed there was no taste to the beef, but I could taste the sweetness of the peppers. I ate the whole sandwich but was very underwhelmed and didn’t feel it was worth $17.25.

Exact dame quality as South street. Food came very fast, and they didnt mind when I walked away to check on my kids and came back to pick up later. Sufficient seating there, but better to walk away with it. Wiz was juicy and ample, meat cooked but not until it was gross, peppers spicy, good bread. Onviously I’m only talking about the steaks because… why else would go there?

No, just no!! Terrible from the bread to the meat. Bought a cheesesteak and an Italian hoagie here. Had high hopes but nope!

I understand it’s not going to taste like the real Jim’s but it’s not even close. Stale bread. Overpriced. Almost $20 for one sandwich. And the janitor kept leaving the smelly dirty trash cans right next to my table. Should have gone to Chickie and Pete’s a few more steps away. Avoid if possible.

Good cheesesteak! We got the plain steak sandwich with cheese whiz and onions. There could have been more meat in it, the first and last bites hardly had any meat in them.
