I am sorry to share this post, but I continue to have unpleasant experiences here trying to order on the phone. This isn’t the first time I’m refused service where I am told they are closed when their own business hours say they close at nine. I called to place an order around 8:30 to pick up dinner for my family and was told they are already closed. When I asked about their hours the guy just told me ” we already cleaned up” and hung up on me. They for sure lost my future business, and it’s a shame.

I ordered a carne asada burrito. Must’ve confused it with a bean burrito. I was hoping the carne was at the bottom but here we are almost half of the burrito and this is what I find. If you’re out let me know I’ll get something else but don’t charge me for something that you’re not going to serve. That’s stealing. Too bad I was looking forward to trying something new. Never again. Btw the red salsa is sweet…really.
