Asked for over-easy and got Eggs over cook, beans from can, rice undone beside being cold. Thee only thing that’s was warm was the egg and the sauce. Nice clean place but would not go back. Good customer service but food… well not all that. Should of checked the reviews.

First things first. I’m a big sticker for cleanliness. I saw the food workers handle food without gloves and that automatically brings down a few stars down. I had ordered the shrimp fajitas and they were ok. It was pretty bland and very spicy. All in all there was nothing special about the food here. Nothing that made it shine. As of now I would not come back.

The fries were the only good item we received for 33 dollars. The soda was watery. The breakfast burrito was flavorless and unseasoned even with the salsa. The burger was just a wet mess that fell apart. And the chicken strips were just some store bought tenders. Nothing special about this place to give me a reason to come back forsure.

I just went through the drive-through and got home and checked my order, I realized they forgot the french fries to my order. I called in they told me to come back and get the french fries. I decided that I would go the next day and gave them a call to confirm if that was OK and the manager Britney started to argue with me and called me a liar! She said that they don’t make that type of mistake, and the fries were in my bag! They absolutely were not! I would not put the effort to drive all the way over there and get some free french fries, this was a mistake on their end, and they did nothing to fix it! I will never come here again. I will tell all my friends and family never to come here. This is the worst customer service I have ever had! Shame on you Jim’s burgers for stealing peoples money!
