I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger when I got home I had one patty on my burger then they charged me for ranch he puts thousand island in the bag I didn’t like the experience I felt like they were racist actually and would never go there again for a $20 combo a missing hamburger patty and the wrong sauce!!! All they did was speak Spanish and made me feel very uncomfortable while just telling me any price and throwing any sauce in the bag while I’m looking at the menu trying to figure out what am I paying $20 for and I had the smallest drink just horrible never again

When in Los Angeles, this is a must try just make sure you bring your hunger with you. The burgers are amazing and huge. The chili cheese fries are exceptional. The service, price, and food are adequate.

Jims has a bit of history at boylehights the staff is friendly and always give more then what you pay for. I bought some side of fries for 2.99 and i ended up getting a whole small bagg full that was almost 3 times more then mc donalds and not just that there fries are 10 times better. Aswell the food takes around 10 min to be served not a bad wait time since they cook everything in front of you and they dont have much pre made. Somtimes they do lack a bit and over cook there meat but if you like stuff grilled this isnt a big deal. Another thing is they charge for refills and the cups are a bit small so that is a bit of a down side.

Went here for the first time a couple weeks back with some friends of mine. The experience was great, so was the food and the service. The staff was nothing but respectful and welcoming and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great. The burgers are perfect and the fries were amazing. Hope this place keeps going strong.

The food here is great. I love it! I know it’s a Jim’s and every Jim’s should be good, but trust me this one has a different seasoning. The reason for the 4 stars is because the price for food is kind high in my opinion, but the portions are nice. Lol maybe i should of gave a 5 star.
