I’ve went to Jim’s burgers since I was a kid. It’s my favorite place to go but it’s too pricey. The worst part that the lady’s who take the phone orders, and drive through orders, and just the women in overall there are so rude don’t have any manners especially no customer service. Smh I hope they get a lesson learn!

Had the pastrami sandwich it was huge. It was also pretty expensive. They didn’t have prices on the menu inside. Didn’t know what I was gonna pay… the food was pretty darn good. I mistakenly order a loaded dog for my son. Staff seemed annoyed when I asked for it plain.

Yesterday I bought 2 burger combos from this store for my kids they didn’t give me a receipt because they were out of paper, today I went through my bank statements and it showed that they charged me $30, I could get three single burger combos from in-and-out for this price. Overpriced food!

Over priced. $18.99 for pastrami. Girl at the drive-thru wasn’t very helpful. We ordered a chicken strip combo and she gave us the smallest ranch and charged for a second one. Usually, they give a large ranch for strips, but she was being difficult. Sad because I used to love this place.

Very poor customer service, The older lady was very rude when taking our order she kept rushing us to make an order. For the quality/price the food is very expensive, every meal ranges at $16+. For the lack of quality service, food, and high prices, you should go to ihop or Denny’s.
