Every other time I call (regardless of the actual hours) they don’t answer their phone. We’re talking 6-12 months now. Tonight I told my husband “Just stay on the line & see if they’ll answer” after about 20 rings a youngish sounding girl answered. We tried to place an order at 9:20 (says they close at 10 on Thursdays). She said “yeah, …. we’re closed now.” Husband mentioned online it said they closed at 10 & she just said, “yeah………..”

Just ordered half cheese& half pepperoni pizza& the dough threw it all off. Not sure if it was undercooked or the dough itself but that threw off the whole pizza. The sauce, the little bit they put on it, was good, wish it had a little more. The cheese& pepperoni was cooked to perfection. Overall though it’s not something I would order again. Fix the dough you use& use a little bit more of that very good sauce& you could have an award winning pizza, until then my hunt for a pizza place that delivers here is still on.

Ordered food two days in a row the wings were burnt and I asked for them to be not over cooked and the very next day my daughter ordered a crispy chicken salad with extra chicken there was no extra chicken and a long black hair was on the lettuce and when you call them they sound put out their business has totally gone down

I called in my order on a Sunday and mentioned that I was handicapped and asked the best way to pick up my order. When I arrived I parked in their handicapped parking spot. Minutes latter without any prompting a young lady from Jimmy’s came out with my order. She took my credit card, ran back in and completed my order. Excellent food and over the top customer service.

I’ve consistantly had delicious pizza from here. My favorite is topped with bacon, meatball and sausage, SO yummy! lots of toppings. the prices are reasonable, the people taking phone orders ar always polite and professional and the drivers are always pleasant and personable. It’s all a win! keep up the great work!
