A picture is worth a 1000 words here’s 3000. This will be the absolute last time we give you our business. The handful of times I have gone to Jimmy’s the experience seems to only get worse. Even though we are usually the only customers there the waitresses always seem bothered. It takes forever to get waited on. The last time we were here we ordered a extra cheese pizza and they gave us pepperoni and Even though it was their mistake, they still charged me. We thought we would give them another chance but The experience only got worse. We ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese and it was beyond burnt. They made us another one that also tastes burnt because they do not clean out their ovens. When the waitress brought it over she didn’t say a single word to us. Just put it down and handed me a plate. No I’m sorry about the burnt pizza we tried to pass off on you, nothing. It barely had any cheese on it and was drowning in grease. The waitress never came over to see how we were or if we needed anything, and the waitress said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to us as I paid to leave. No how was everything, have a good day no thank you for your business, NOTHING. It was the only time in my life I didn’t leave a tip and I still feel bad about it. Customer service is everything. If you don’t have good customer service you will have no customers. No wonder the place is always empty.

I really can’t rate the food as we canceled the order. Ordered 5pm and was told an hour. Okay no biggie. But 615 comes and no food so we call and are told it’s leaving now. Not exactly happy but okay hopefully it’s good. But at 640 and still no food we call and complain about the delay and that if food left 25 minutes ago it is now stone cold and we don’t want it. The manager/owner would not talk to us made a teenage girl deal with us. This is about the worst service I have ever received. Will not be trying this establishment again. 650 food arrived and I has to tell delivery boy we are not accepting as it left 25 minutes ago and is probably cold. Awful experience.

The sausage roll was burned on the bottom and under cooked on the top. Plus, one piece of sausage and a lot of cheese. The meatball sub was decent, but the sauce is a bit salty. Took quite a while for someone to even acknowledge me while waiting at the counter, while another customer walked in and was greeted before she even got to the counter where I was standing

Yesterday was my first and last time going there. My fettuccini Alfredo was very oily and taste like Mac n cheese and made my stomach hurt my ziti was below average I didn’t expect that I also tried a cookie it had blonde hair in it but a brunette served me I don’t know if it was human hair or from a pet yuck

Terrible. Hadn’t been here in awhile because I remembered the pizza being undercooked and bland. I always give a place a second try before removing it from future visits.

To the managers- please don’t put so much salt in the sauce used for your subs! It was very salty and I noticed that another review said the same. The sub was a nice full sub but it was just over salty. The pizza was good though, I enjoyed it. I did like that the restaurant seemed very clean and the food was ready fast
