Ordered gizzard dinner 5 months ago 10.29 for the dinner. I was happy with the freshness and taste of my food. Today I ordered just gizarrds and get charged 10.11. 10 dollars for a order of just gizzards is outrageous. I will not be going back. Guess I will just make my own….so much for wanting to support local businesses.

We came in close to closing but were greeted and our order taken with no dirty looks or complaints. Food was hot and fresh! The owner came out and chatted with us and was very nice. Even gave every table in the restaurant a free dozen doughnuts. We were road-tripping back to TX. I would recommend this place to others.

Chicken was decent, Mac & cheese was awful, roll was dry, flat and cold. Only positive I can give is the young ladies behind the counter were very nice and attentive. Almost forgot the table was crawling with little black ants!

I used to love this place. We’d drive 30 minutes one way just to get their chicken or blueberry donuts. When I was going through stomach issues, I practically lived on their mashed potatoes, gravy and biscuits. We whole heartedly supported this business and recommended it to everyone we know. Unfortunately, I believe Jimmy is burned out and it’s showing. He has always been a kind man and had excellent food; however the last several trips he has been rude and the food has been severely lacking. I hope I can find a restaurant to take their place in my heart, because this is a devastating blow for my family. We hope you get some rest and come back better than ever one day. Until then, we will miss you.

It’s a really nice place to eat. I enjoy the food and the service is really good. My family all agree that when we can we go to Jimmy’s to eat. Not to mention the chicken fried steak is my favorite eith mash potatoes and potatoes wedges.

Very disappointed. It’s Halloween so we went to get donuts for the kids, they refused to eat them after taking one bite. They were soggy and didn’t taste right and we spent almost $20 on 12 donuts and 6 donuts holes. Won’t be back.
