Ordered 3 different slices for takeout at 12:30 midnight and really surprised the good quality of all the pizzas at this hour. The chicken ranch, margarita, simple cheese, all are delicious.

I’m not sure what is fried about the fried pizza but I highly suggest changing the name to cheese slice lol Also all slices taste old.

Hands down, without a doubt the BEST pizza in Jersey City!! Clean, friendly staff and most importantly, the pizza here is bomb. I think about this pizza all the time and how amazing it is. The crust is not to thin, not too thick with the perfect crisp, the sauce/chicken/cheese ratio is just right for the buffalo chicken pizza. But honestly, all of their menu selections are absolutely delicious. The best part of it all? Its halal! Run, don’t walk… you will NOT be disappointed!!

I was actually on my way to Stella’s which is right up the street when I saw the sign that says “Brooklyn Pizza. Being from Brooklynnn, I decided to stop in. This place has a wide variety of pizza hot and ready. I was actually impressed. It’s hard to impress me because I live 30 seconds away from the famous Williamsburg Pizza shop. The young lady waiting was very nice and courteous with a smile. I got a Sicilian slice with extra cheese and it was ready rather fast. It was hot, cheesy and the crust had just the right crunch. Not bad for a pizza joint in Jersey city. Nice part also is that they don’t close until 3am, and if you know anything about Jersey, a 3am closing time is like a anomaly in the system. So depending on which direction I’m coming from on Grove street will make the determination on which one of the two pizza joints I stop in. They both serve really good food.

They have the best sandwiches. The pizza, there is no competition. Hands down the best pizza and sandwiches. Their chopped cheese is delicious and their southern fried chicken sandwich with the sauce is amazing. They also have a variety of desserts also. They carry the famous Junior’s cheesecake which just melts in your mouth. The owner Jimmy and chef Hollywood take care of every customer that walks into there place. Phenomenal customer service. I wish I can give this place 10 stars.

Stayed in the area and had the chance to try pizza both at Jimmy’s and the other place a few doors down. This place is superior in many ways:

In town from Ohio..the pizza and salad were great! also wanted to add that the owner helped return some money to me when I was accidentally double charged by the slice app (NOT this store), but he made it right for me either way.. appreciated that and spoke volumes to their integrity.. again; pizza was yummy, not greasy and very flavorful. ..You should definitely go here you will be happy with your food.. thanks again- Heather

We live 6 minutes from this place. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and wings that came to $60 and it was absolutely disgusting. The pizza wasn’t even remotely warm; it was cold to the point the cheese was congealed. I specified for the wings to be extra crispy and the skin feels and tastes undercooked. This is unacceptable on its own but knowing that this cost $60 is absolutely enraging. Have to also jump through hoops with Slice to get a refund. Poor quality food and poor quality and customer service all around.

Not much to say because it’s all-around good: good pizza, good garlic knots, good location, good staff. There is a more famous and pretentious and stuck-up pizza place down the block, rhymes with Shmazza, but Jimmy’s hits the spot better on many occasions. Pizza does not need to be complicated and “artisan.” Jimmy’s is the place for no-nonsense, good pizza. I suppose I did have more than a little to say after all.
