Where’s the meat? Would you like some meat with that lettuce sandwich? Jimmy John’s has really began to skimp on the meat nowadays. 4 sandwiches and $34 later. Two of the sandwiches ordered with extra mayo didn’t even seem to have a regular amount of mayo. So had to go home and doctor our sandwiches. Lettuce was frozen on one sandwich. And I when I got home to fix my sandwich I discovered a very long hair in the middle of it. (At least I didn’t bite into it.) Don’t eat here, we certainly won’t again.

I went through the drive threw last Saturday. Jimmy John’s didn’t open for another 10 minutes. Ginger answered the speaker and said they weren’t open, but she would be happy to take our order. She was smiling when I greeted her at the window. I think Ginger should be recognized for her beyond and above attitude! Thank you Ginger for the GREAT customer service. Much appreciated in this time of chaos.

Always fast and friendly service. You can tell the staff aren’t simply going through the motions, they’re laughing and joking and create a generally good atmosphere that other fast food places completely lack.
