Were really good up until about May, but the last few times I’ve ordered they have consistently either gotten the sandwich wrong, not given me parts of my order such as chips or drinks, or both (also delivery averages 30-45 minutes). I called back to ask for the missing parts of my order last time and was told the delivery person would come back around. They never did.

The last two times we ordered here, the sandwiches were over an hour before getting them. Tonight I placed my order at 6:54 (according to the email confirming my order). At 7:36 I got a notification that it was on its ways for delivery. It is now 8:06 and we still do not have our order. Last time it happened, I chalked it up to a fluke. This is now the nail in the coffin that I won’t ever order from them again. Absolutely atrocious

I placed my delivery order at 12:19 pm (we were only about 3-4 minutes away from the Jimmy John’s watching our son at a baseball game). After half an hour of waiting I called the store at 12:53 pm because I thought maybe my order had been lost. They told me they had a large in-store order but we would get it soon. After another half hour I called back at 1:24 pm. They said they had several customers who had come into the store and that it was going to be another 45 minutes to an hour before they could get me my order – at which point I was no longer going to be at the location where I had ordered the delivery for. This is completely unacceptable for a company that touts being “freaky fast.” Even if they had notified me of the delay that would have helped. As a result my wife and I had to skip our lunch for the day. In addition, the worker on the phone told me they had more people than they expected come into the store and order so they had run out of bread – so someone who came into the store an hour after I placed order online was getting the bread that was supposed to be for my sandwiches. Whoever manages this store needs to fix this – it seems to be a regular problem based on others reviews.

This is mainly based off the experience alone. I forgot to add customizations to my sandwich and hit order before I realized. I called them, around 10 seconds later and asked if I could add a few customizations and have them write it on the ticket since I forgot to add it on the app (literally just pickles, cucumber, and sauce). The guy asked my name and then proceeded to say “yeah no we already made it, sorry”. But the thing is, if I sent my order in less than 30 seconds ago, they physically couldn’t have made it already since it was a giant. I feel as though they were just being lazy and didn’t want to add toppings. I wished if it actually was finished he could’ve offered to put at least one thing on the side, since that was a rule at my Jimmy Johns. Overall, it was really upsetting.

I ordered my sandwich at 6:25 8:40 rolls around I call and ask what’s going on and Ii was told I’m so sorry we only have 1 driver. So for 2 hours and 15 mins you made no deliveries? You didn’t feel the need to call and let me know? I’m stuck at work for 12 hrs and no lunch because why?

If you want to get a sandwich your better off just going there to order it. 4 times in a row I’ve ordered delivery and it takes over an hour and 15 mins to get 2-3 sandwiches.

We had fast friendly service. The guy working was by himself. He was making another order when we arrived. He greeted us and said he would be right over. He took our order and money and immediately started making it. The phone rang he was answering questions while still doing things for our sandwiches. In walks someone else. He is done on the phone and comes to take the new order. Then about 1.5 minutes goes by and boom food in our hands. It all happened in about 5 min. Impressive and our food was delish ND only 20 bucks for both of us. That’s pretty darn good these days. Highly recommend Pullman Jimmy John’s

They’re struggling with extremely slow deliveries lately. We called an hour after ordering and were told a few of their drivers when home and that the food would get there when it got there.
