Won’t be giving this business anymore business which is sad considering we share a parking lot. I can’t give business to an establishment that openly allows there “team members” who make the sandwiches to bad mouth customers openly when there are customers in the facility at that. I don’t appreciate rude attitude just because someone had an issue with there order that the smaller male sandwich maker had nor his comments about me when only my husband went in the store then after he did I came back in to complain my meat tasted sour. I appreciate the owner giving me my refund with no disrespect towards me and its sad that I have to hault business there only because I will not give business to people that can’t even give shirt bits of respect to there customer’s. I work in health care I have very long days as well and the last thing I wanted to deal with on my short 20 min break was foul attitude from skinny young sandwich maker his 2 cents could have stayed silent and I wouldn’t have had a issue. If the Owner standing right next to him would have just told him ENOUGH that would have been something to. But it was ignored like that kind of arrogant behavior is okay. I liked the other guy with red hair he was much kinder than the new guy.

Went in for a sandwich and got one of their jalapeño ranch chicken wraps… i added some Taco Bell Diablo sauce to it, which made it the best wrap I have ever had

They have gotten skimpier with the meat as the prices go up. Literally a single layer of thin sliced meat and barely any toppings as well. If you look at the sandwich from the side it just looks like an empty bread sandwich. $50 for 4 skimpy sandwiches is absurd.

First experience at Jimmy John’s. I ordered the roast beef/turkey with cheese. They only have provolone, and it isn’t customizable at all, at least it wasn’t offered in terms of mayo/mustard/bread choice, etc. The roast beef itself tastes good, but the bread doesn’t taste fresh at all, and the chips are bioengineered. Could get past all of that, except this costs $13, and I’ve paid less in restaurants for a quality sandwich. I think next time

Was excited to go Jimmy Johns the home of the big sandwiches, ordered a #2 16″ so I could have some for later. Paid them $19.50 +xtra for cheese. My daughter said, “wow dad that’s expensive! I told her, “It’s Jimmy Johns, wait till you see my sandwich!”

They never let me down. Try the #4 for a solid, staple sandwich that anyone could love. Fresh lettuce is so nice. This place is great. Clean, fast, and as always amazing bread!

Walked in to order and I was the only one there. The woman at the counter said that she would be with me in one moment, so I waited and waited and waited. Then a man named Zack walked up to the register pushed a few buttons then turned around to talked to his fellow workers. After waiting for another couple minutes he asked me if I was waiting for something. When I said I was waiting to order, he seemed dumbfounded. I would think that if a customer was standing at the counter you would atleast acknowledge them. I wasted a good amount of my lunch break just waiting to order while there was no one else there. And on top of all that, they didn’t even get my sandwich right.

I ordered a sandwich on my lunch hr. I waited 30 min and it did not show up. I called and I was told it would arrive momentarily. I waited another 15 min and called back. I was then told the driver has not even returned to p/u my sandwich for delivery. I am now going without lunch because my lunch is over. All they had to do was let me know and I would have made other arrangements. Not nice
