Every time I order a veggie,, they sent a turkey.. happened 2 out of 3 times. Add to that manager is very rude and would not honor redelivery and asks us to come pick up a new one. .Does not even apologize but says we are yelling when we are frustrated this happens. Excuse given is “we are human too” but that does not explain sending meat for a veggie person.. 2 out of 3 times is not human error. I called every time I order a delivery to confirm and was rudely told to not call the store because order will be sent as ordered. This is inspire of calmly calling the store immediately after placing the order clearly telling them the person the sandwich is being delivered to is a physician and that they only have 20 mins for lunch. But yet meat sandwich is delivered all the time when requested a veggie. I think they do it on purpose given the number of times it happened. Finally Manager yelled at me for complaining the same and so had to return it.. WOn’t be returning to the store nor any of my delivery orders ever..Very very rude manager that cannot understand the frustration of a customer. Dude does not fit in the food industry if he cannot stand complaints or criticism that too after repeated mistakes. The first time they did it,, I was very very polite and understood that this stuff happens but if you love your turkey sandwich so much go eat it yourself rather than sending it a person that repeatedly requests veggie sandwich. Very very rude. Owner needs to investigate.

Love the sandwiches, but waited 40 minutes for our curbside pickup order. Then missed 2 sandwiches and had to wait another 5 minutes. People ordering at the store were in and out quickly.

Ordered 3 sandwiches. Each sandwich was missing items specially requested. Paid extra for said items and didn’t get them. Do not recommend if you are looking for a consistent sandwich

I ordered ahead and wanted it ready at 12:15. It was ready at 11:36 for pickup and I called to confirm is that was true. They explained the process as to why they make them ahead which makes sense. He offered to have them remake my sammich and I felt bad for making them do that since it’s a waste. He had them remake it anyways for when I would be there and that’s just awesome. I still felt bad though so I bought a bag a chips and left a $5 tip for the hassle, dude still tried to talk me out of it but I insisted. Customer service is on point and the Sammie’s are always delish. Thanks guys!!!

First time at this location and it sure was a pleasant surprise. Let’s be clear these guys and gals are absolutely living up to their claim of being freaky fast. I walked in , ordered and before I even began filling my watercup (not ten paces away) they called out my sandwich! I asked the guy if that was really mine…. second employee not missing a beat apologizes “sorry bro we’ll get it to you faster next time!” After having a laugh and saying adios I tucked in to a pretty darn good sammich. If your going out to eat and you hate waiting but love a good sammich…this be your place. Thanks JJ employee’s Leo and Nestor!

I regularly order here and have always had great customer services. I placed my order and they said it would be a 45 minute wait, which I agreed was fine. 45 minutes turned into over an hour. I finally called and instead of accepting responsibility for being late they started with a list of excuses and putting the blame elsewhere. I understand sometimes things are “out of your control” it’s not what happens but how you as a business decide to handle it and in this case, it was handled poorly.

Every time they give me the run around…they never show up with food…took 2 hours to find out they aren’t even bringing me my food and I already paid for it. they took it out my bank this is by far the worst Jimmy John’s.
