Horrible, will NEVER order from here again. Took them 30 min to deliver 1st if all. They don’t toast their sandwiches and they don’t give you the option to select that you want it toasted via the app or online website, and when you call to place and order via phone no one picks up EVER!! The sandwich was nothing like what I ordered and tasted horrible and was really cold. Lacked substance. I took a few bits and threw the rest away as it was disgusting. Next time I’ll order from subway!!!!!

Not crazy fast. Not only did it take over 30 min for them to deliver but it was lacking in substance. I was less than one mile away from the store! The manager said that everything is measured, but I doubt it. I’ve ordered from them before and it’s never turned out like this. Very disappointed.

These guys went out of their way to help me with a delivery. The Knob hill location didn’t have drivers, and you can’t order through a delivery service apparently. This JJ went above and beyond. The guy on the phone was awesome and had a great sense of humor about the situation!

I placed my order at 11:59pm and just got my meal at 1:35pm. I ordered two pickels with my sandwich because my daughter loves them and I only had one with my order. I also didn’t get extra tomatoes or mayo packets as i had requested online. I don’t feel like it is too much to ask that people review the receipt when they pack the bag the number of items and price are obviously different. I’m not really upset about the time it took, even though ‘freaky fast delivery’ is obvious not what they have going on I can understand they likely were busy and maybe short staffed. I never mind really waiting but I do expect my order to be right. Just dissapointed but my sandwich was good regardless and my daughter loved her one pickle she got about 45 minutes after she ate her lunch.

Don’t get me wrong. Jimmy John’s is delicious and amazing!! The food is always stellar. However, their cashier was far from professional. His co worker tried to start off our order, he wasn’t at the register but was assisting us! This blonde dude in a backwards cap basically chews him out/yells at him in front of my friend and I about how the he needed to go to the register to take an order instead of what he was currently doing (which was still assisting us) and takes over cashieing. he was also carrying in the shop. I am not against guns by any means but I don’t know what the laws are for having a concealed for work. Didn’t make me feel super easy seeing it on said person. More curious than anything. Regardless, jimmy John’s rocks. That cashier needs a lesson on human communication and kindness.

Every time I’ve ordered delivery from this location, when I am less than a mile from their store, it takes 1+ hours to receive the sandwich. Today’s order was the worst; it took over 1.5 hours for them to begin delivery, and they delivered to the wrong address…I never received my order.
