This store has poor management of orders and staffing issues. I really like Jimmy John’s and their food however in the last two visits they have been so backed up with catering orders they are not able to fulfill a simple one new order in 30 minutes. I walked in the door today with my two kids and the lady said, “it’s a 35 minute wait we have catering orders sorry.”

The Jimmy John’s on 164th is the place I go all the time! This time I had ordered on their website as I usually do. The sandwich was for my husband for lunch while hes at work. I got the notification stating the sandwich was ready for pick up at 1:29 PM,. I was in the store and at 1:36 PM asked an employee very politely If my order was ready because I didn’t see it on the little stand where they put the online orders. She got annoyed and then asked another employee If my order was ready and that employee was extremely rude!

For the second time in the last 30 day , I order my lunch and tell me 10 minutes I have my delivery after 50 min. I call and the manager tell me there don’t have a driver if I wanted I have to wait 25 more minutes or I can cancell my order , second time with out lunch . Definitely never order again this place , the lying and have actitud with the customers .bs.

Work 1 min down the road… average delivery time is 30 minutes!! Today was 45! For the 3rd time in a month they have forgotten my beverage!! Last time they tried to fix it in my account costing me 64$ in overdraft fees. Never fixed or got back to me about it!! Done doing business with this location!! Ridiculous service times for “freaky fast” marketing guys!! And can’t even get the order delivered in it’s entirety!

I called in my order here and ordered a Club Lulu with no sauce. However when it arrived it had Mayo on both sides. I figured no big deal and called them. The same gentleman answers the phone and I explained what happened. He asks “well what’s on it?” I said unfortunately it has Mayo on both sides. He stated that Mayo isn’t a sauce and left it at that. I don’t recommend ordering from here. That said, the driver was pleasant.
