I came for the pesto salami sandwich. It was super good. The balsamic vinegar on there was great. Service could have been friendlier. I just changed service to a 1 star. While we were sitting on there eating I heard the person working use bad language.

Every time I’ve ordered from this location there has been something missing that costs more money. I ordered a big catering order for my boss and there were several up-charges that were completely missing. They are also always very late with delivery. 🙁 Love Jimmy Johns, but this location has always had issues.

Took 10-15 minutes to get my sandwich, not because it wasn’t done… but because no one announced my name or number to come over and grab it. Get to my car and the bread is rock hard (bread isn’t supposed to be crunchy I don’t think). They made me another one. Would’ve appreciated some chips or a drink or something since I waited 15 minutes for a terrible sandwich, seemed like no one cared at all lol. Worst JJ experience

Poor customer service and the sandwiches were poor quality for the price. When I swiped my card to pay, the white cashier just walked away. No communication or receipt. They called out number “58” I looked at my husband and wondered if that was us. Then they called out the sandwich numbers. He said, “I think those are our sandwiches. Hopefully, no one else ordered the same sandwiches. ” I walked over to grab them and told the white lady that she should give the customer the receipt or receipt number. She said you already know your sandwich number, and you get your receipt after your sandwiches are made. I said good customer service requires communication. Especially if the customer is hearing impaired. The black lady says you should already know your sandwich number. Then, the dorky white guy says the sandwich numbers are on the signs. His response had nothing to do with my feedback. The bread was hard, the sandwich had more lettuce than meat, and more condiments that lettuce. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS JIMMY JOHNS. THE QUALITY OF FOOD IS POOR, AND THE WORKERS ATTITUDES ARE TOO. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! GO ANYWHERE, BUT HERE!

Worked all day and chose to stop at jimmy johns. Big mistake. I’ve been to other locations. This one not only forgot my sandwich but I hate onions! I made sure to ask for no onions and it’s not even on the club sandwich on the menu. But the entire sandwich tasted like nothing but onions. Wash your knives and slicers. Paid 27 dollars for one giant sandwich only for it to be ruined by onion flavor. It went to the trash!. I won’t ever go back. Stop being lazy or cut onions separate from the ones for other veggies. I’ll stick with subway or firehouse

This Vancouver mall location always messes up our order but since we were in the area we just figured we’d get food to go. I placed my order at 1:16pm for two sandwiches, arrived in store at 1:26pm stood around until 1:42pm after being told twice they’d be getting to my order. Mind you there was only 3 customers in store before me. But when the two customers who came in after me and ordered in store got their sandwiches before me I spoke up and was told they’d be making mine in a minute. At this point 30 minutes has passed since I placed my order and I chose to walk out. I would NOT recommend this jimmy johns location at all and after today I will definitely not be back to this store myself. Needs better management!

Just paid $8 for a sandwich that had only turkey and bread. I was genuinely confused opening it because who in the heck would want a $8 sandwich with turkey and bread on it? Worst experience at a Jimmy Johns I’ve ever had. Would pay money to not go back.
