45 minutes for 1 sandwich to my office that is only 1.1 mile away. Freaky fast, I think not. I call to check and I’m put on hold for over 5 minutes so I have to call back and they ask me to hold again. Kid was super sweet but man get more staff your embarrassing yourself.

Worst employees ever. Made an order online and the store was closed when I got to it. The employees would not come to the door to talk to me. I called and they said they cannot refund me and hung up on me. They were incredibly rude and now I’m out thirty dollars. I would not the recommend this location to anyone.

The only reason this place gets 3 stars is because the sandwich is good. They last 3 times I have ordered from here it has taken over an hour??? they should take their false advertising down about being fast…HAHA what a joke. The other thing that is totally annoying about this place is that when they take an hour to deliver, they expect additional tips. I am actively looking for a new place to order lunch from on a daily basis because unlike slow sandwich shops, I have to do stuff on a timeline.

Ordered online and my sandwich was delivered within 7 minutes with the road construction. Can Ubereats beat that? Nope! Everything I requested was on the sub with being ez on the mayo oh and employee delivering was nice made small talk and left.
