Gave this a two star only because I picked up a couple of sandwiches. I elected not to give a tip because I was just picking up and not eating there. So after waiting my son goes to the gentleman who is making the sandwiches and he says I guess your waiting for these, if you want a bag or condiments or napkins there over there. So my son had to bag our food and put the stuff we needed inside and got a dirty look from the employee. We’re a little nervous about eating the food! Guess next time I’ll budget for a tip on top of the inflated price of the food, even if we’re not being served. Not sure why fast did restaurants are requesting tips now, we’re all going through it! Ugh

I work right next to this place and like to occasionally stop by for a sandwich on lunch. Usually the staff are attentive and kind. Today I placed my order at 12:05 online and waited in the restaurant for over 30 minutes and finally got my sandwich at 12:43. NOT ONCE was I asked my name or order. after I had been waiting Atleast 10-15 a group of 5 guys came in, ordered their sandwiches and got them within 5 minutes. Not to mention after I finally got my sandwich, I got back to work to find out THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE CORRECT SANDWICH AFTER HANDING IT TO ME AND REPEATING THE NUMBER BACK.

They forgot to cut one sandwich in half but not worth reducing a star. New Chicken Cesar wrap was a great second option when you want to switch things up. I suggest ordering extra cesar due to the large amount of lettuce.

Love Jimmy John’s. Gave a 4 star only because on occasion their delivery drivers get lost and can’t find our house. I usually order the JJ Gargantuan and my wife orders the Beach Club. Extra onions add bacon and add hot peppers. You won’t be disappointed. You can also go on and buy day old bread for cheap. Have to try these new hand sliced pickles though.

It’s a great place and the sandwiches are delicious. When I went to Jimmy John’s I got the number 7 and it was so good. They also have a lot of very fun to read decorations while you wait. The only thing that was not ideal is the pickle I ordered, it tasted like Windex. I think it was just a bad pickle because I’ve heard they are really good.
