I was the only customer. Young lady who took my order was nice and told me I could add anything to a veggie sandwich. She had to go to the back area for some reason. But the young lady who made my sandwich didn’t ask me any questions, didn’t look at me, finished making the sandwich and plopped it on the counter and called my number and went to answer a call on hold. No thank you or have a good day… must hate having to work. Lousy feeling to spend money where the employee ignores you.

The cashiers are not friendly at all. I’d even take it a step further and say that you are inconveniencing them by being there. The first couple of visits I just chalked it up to them having an off day but after 5 plus visits it seems this is the norm for this location. This time I was the only customer. I stood at the counter while a young lady just kept taking bread off of trays, looked back at me and then kept doing what she was doing without even acknowledging my existence. After a minute she called her co worker over to take care of me. The co worker took care of me but didn’t seem happy about it. Two weeks ago when I was here I got four sandwiches for my family and we couldn’t even eat them and they all went in the trash. The lettuce was super brown and we just couldn’t eat them. All in all, I recommend driving another 10 minutes NORTH to the 26th and Broadway location where the employees are always friendly and the sandwiches are always fresh. I live in Silver lake but I will be going to the Borth Everett location from now on!

The cashier isn’t very friendly and every single booth table is sticky and has crumbs on them. There’s literally nobody here. I’d think they could clean them. And the bread is hard.

Great sandwiches, amazing fresh bread. We always get the Spicy East Coast Italian it has double the meat I just wish it came with more cheese. The meats are sliced nice and thin and when they make the sandwich the cheese is in between the meat so it doesn’t get soggy. This is how I judge a great sandwich spot. They also have great proportion of meat to vegetable. They use good quality everything on their sandwiches. I have never had a bad sandwich from Jimmy Johns. They also have a great rewards program.
