My company orders from here at least once a month and the delivery is great! They have always been on time and the sandwiches are all correct! We order around 15-17 sandwiches at a time and they always give us lots of napkins, deliver it in a box instead of a bag, and have yet to forget a sandwich. The only reason I give 4 stars is that the actual store inside is a little sad and has a depressing vibe. The sandwiches always come out perfect though so I will definitely continue coming here!

I decided to try this place despite the reviews because most reviews seemed frustrated with delivery, and I was picking mine up. Order extra cheese at your own peril. I’m not sure if their online system is messed up, or if there’s a vengeful vegetarian working there but a turkey sandwich was ordered with extra cheese and veg and came with zero meat. It’s not like that’s something you can check before leaving the store so it was a bummer once I got home. Pickle was good though I guess haha. Just sucks to tip 30% and not even get a complete sandwich.

This is a good Jimmy John’s location. I stopped in for a quick stack, and the two young men working that morning were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities in the restaurant are extremely clean, and I was very pleased with my overall visit.

Jimmy johns has always been my favorite sandwich shop but i was disappointed with the customer service here. One of the workers spoke to me in a rude manner and whispered profanity under her breath aimed towards me! As soon as I walked in, I could tell she disliked me. She was very young and looked about my 10 year old daughters age. Teenagers these days are so disrespectful gosh! Sad to say I am no longer a customer of Jimmy johns.

Food was good but the delivery driver was not doing his job correctly. He just waited in his car while I was standing there. He had NO logo, TINTED windows and I couldn’t see him. I don’t feel safe approaching a vehicle. Some of the drivers are smart and step out of the vehicle with JJs gear. I know it was windy, but delivery is delivery.

I placed an order over the phone for delivery, I ordered a sandwich, chips, and a drink. They sent me the wrong drink so I as soon as I noticed I called and spoke to them and they said they’d send me the right one. I said ok. Another driver comes and tells me she got the wrong drink AGAIN! At this point it’s been an hour since I placed my order. I called again to have them refund me for the drink since I can’t wait any longer, I’m already leaving work. I spoke to the “manager” and he was not helpful at all and said he couldn’t do anything about it. NEVER ORDERING FROM THE TOTEM LAKE LOCATION AGAIN!!!

Sandwiches were spot on and made well. Service was decent, wish they had more cookie selection as I am not a fan of the chocolate chip or the oatmeal raisin

Today is 2/9/2023@ 2:15pm. I’ve ordered two sandwiches #7 and #12. #7 was the turkey sandwich with the avocado spread. When I opened up #12, there was hardly any avocado, so I called and I’ve told them about that, no problem the guy I talked to was very nice, I’ve said that I don’t want another sandwich made just to get some avocado and put in the sandwich. However the guy I talked to wa very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He said he’s the manager, I’ve told him there’s no avocado spread in my sandwich and even took the picture and showed it to him. He said that the avocado spread is putted in between the cheeses and he refused to listened to be and was very arrogant and super rude. I did not want another sandwich just the avocado to put in my sandwich. These are 10$ sandwiches so if you’re customer ask for an avocado spread just listen tonthe customer and dont fight the customer over some avocado spread. He refused to listen and ask me to bring in the sandwich so he can see(really you could of told me that in the ohone, quit wasting my time). I just showed you the picture, why would I lied, I just want my sandwich made right according to what I’ve paid for. I’ve always ordered from here and this is the last straw. This place will never get anymore business from me. The manager needs to check himself and his ego.

I ordered a sandwich and loaf of French bread for delivery. The delivery was dropped off to the wrong building in the complex (apparently the driver can’t tell the difference between a C and an E?). The person who accidentally got it was nice enough to bring it over to me and explain why happened. The packaging was extremely sub par, the loaf of bread extending outside the bag and uncovered. When I called them and asked to talk to the manager (victor?) I explained that it was dropped off at the wrong apartment building, and that was an extra big problem because the bread was exposed. The manager replied ‘no one touched the French bread’. ♀️ Like, c’mon, from the restaurant, to the driver, to the random person’s door that they dropped it off with, plenty of people could be touching exposed bread. Do better. Wrap the end of the bread. Add another bag on top. Do something to cover food appropriately for delivery, and then deliver it to the correct place.

About on par with most Jimmy John’s in quality, but this place either has the worst manager training program in history or has the worst HR hiring department. For a few previous years there was a lady bashing all her employees every time I showed up for my order, very unprofessional. I always forgot to write this review I guess better late then never. Now the current day manager does some of the similar but this time was rude to me as well. Told me pick up orders were up front so I waited In line just to get told to go to the pickup order area again…Needless to say I will never go to this location again
