Decided to travel down Meeker St to JJ’s after being told at another sandwich place Sxxxxx down the road they wouldn’t honor the corporate coupon and any order would be 15 minutes. After being told that in a hasty manner I though about going to JJ’s. I had been there many times before but with a coupon like the other place it would cost more. At this point it didn’t matter. I called on my cell to order & mentioned I was down the road and would be there in 5 minutes. The guy on the phone was friendly. On arrival a friendly voice from the order kiosk said to pull forward to the window. There it was, ready and with another friendly greeting at the window. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I will say there is consistency here. Club Lulu always comes out the same each time it is ordered. Keep up the good work!

Highly disappointed with the customer service and quality of food at this JJ location in Kent. The ingredients used to make the sandwich tasted old, like it had been sitting out all day and the bread that JJ claim to be made fresh everyday was stale and hard. I didn’t even finish my sandwich because of how dissatisfied I was. I really hope the next customers get a better experience than I did.

Jimmy John’s is the sandwich shop with my #1 favorite bread. Their sandwiches are great, bread is outstanding, and their motto of being “freaky fast” is 100% true. They’re like as fast as Taco Bell. I don’t even understand how you make a sandwich that fast? It blows my mind haha. I’ve been to multiple locations and I normally always get friendly service. And the service has been extra friendly and sweet the last couple times I went to this location that I’m leaving this review on.

Pulled up to order. The not at all helpful unfriendly person said… Jimmys. I said i wanted that one that had everything. Which turned out to be the gargantuan. I wanted it in the meal but at $18 I decided on the just the sandwich. When she says $25 and some odd cents. I said what… no response…. so I pulled up the window and said why so much? And she said that’s what it costs. I said for 1 sammich? She said your ordered 16 inch. Not the 12. Well maybe I did but any normal window person would say the 16 inch is $25 would like the 12? I gave her the card and said.. that is a lot for 1 sammich. She rolled her eyes, and she hands me this bag with a sub that is long and big enough for 4 people. I then Said that isnt what I wanted. She turned away so i left. Won’t ever go there again. Snotty girl who just could care less.

Very disappointed. Wanted to order for delivery and found out we were out of range. Only a 14 minute (2.8 miles) drive away. Called the location to ask what is there distance range for delivery so I would know for future orders and the man who answered the phone wouldn’t answer my question. Kept asking for my addresses and so I gave it to him and then he said yeah that’s out of our range (which I told him earlier in the conversation that we were out of range and just was wondering what their distance range is) and he asked if I wanted a pick up order and I said no and so he hung up on me. He wasn’t nice at all, didn’t answer my question, and then hung up on me. Very disappointed.

Decided to order a sandwich from this location yesterday afternoon. I’ve only had Jimmy John’s once or twice and it was a long time ago, so why not? The sandwich selection looked good, but I was seriously baffled by the utter lack of cheese. Very confusing. I’m used to a plethora of cheese options, so to see only “provolone” was profoundly disappointing. I would very much like an explanation of why only one kind of cheese and why provolone of all the cheeses available.

The best Jimmy John’s around. They have a drive thru, and whoever makes my sandwiches makes them so the center of the fold of meat is facing the open edge of the sandwich, so no meat edges are trailing off it. Whoever crafts these for me, thank you for being the only person around here who understands the intricacies of sandwich making

Jimmy Johns has great food, freaky fast delivery service, and outstanding customer service. I ordered my food for delivery and it was delivered within 5 minutes by driver Woody from when I placed my order with Ben! They have a solid team working at this location. I also want to shout out to assistant manager Adam for all his hard work in keeping this store running with great service all around. I have been provided with great service a few times by this young gentleman and can see why Jimmy Johns is so successful in that they hire fantastic workers like Ben, Woody, and Adam! Keep up the outstanding work! I highly recommend this place if you enjoy great food and service!
