Had a great experience coming in to order my family dinner today. I had a large order, and Daniella who was taking care of us made sure everything was precise & was so hospitable and kind. She was very efficient & everyone left happy. Been to other locations, but this one by far exceeded my expectations. Store was very clean & food was great quality. I will be back!

Never had such a negative experience at a jimmy johns before! We walked in and this kid behind the counter was yelling something at us. What he was saying was essentially that they didn’t have any bread. He was rude about it too, for no apparent reason. They did have bread but it was the regular sandwich kind and they only had wheat and something else. So, ok, I preferred wheat anyway. Then he told us it was a 20-25 min. wait. What? At Jimmy John’s? That was the end of it and we left.

Overall does a nice job with the Jimmy John’s experience. The manager woman has an issue modulating the volume of her voice relative to the small size and loud acoustics. I’m sure she’s a great person and excellent employee, but the yelling volume makes it uncomfortable for dine in.

First experience at this location was ok, slow but ok. Second experience however, I placed a mobile order and when I opened my sandwich, all it had was meat on it. Literally no cheese, not letttuce, nothing. Not to mention it was a very sad portion of meat, not even enough to feed a toddler. Will not be going back to this location

Not sure what it is about this location, but the service is beyond slow. I’m writing this review as I just passed the 40 minute mark waiting for my order to be completed. A sandwich should not take that long. Place isn’t crowded at all, with 3 other customers in the store. 3 employees just standing around and 1 guy making sandwiches while trying to simultaneously manage the other 3 guys standing around. Not sure if this is simply poor management or an inability to manage order flow. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I’ve turned away several times during lunch hours after being told they were 30, 40, 50 minutes behind schedule on orders. I haven’t seen these types of delays at any other Jimmy John’s franchise. Other locations always finish orders within minutes, but not here.

I like jimmy johns, however we had to leave while still eating our sandwiches at this location. The music was very loud and contained a ton of uncensored lyrics and racial slurs. I’ll still eat at jimmy johns, just not at this location.
