These guys are the best! Their bread is fire and the sandwiches always hit—better than subway. Today I got the beach club and they were nicely accommodating to customize my sandwich. All the staff are very friendly and super cool. It seems like a fun place to work. Also, it’s a plus that their food safety rating is excellent!

I ordered through DoorDash at 11:35am and was given a 25 minute delivery window. The time kept getting pushed back so I was prompted to call the store. I called five times in a row with no answer. I had to escalate my concerns for a refund and around 12:35 PM. The store marked my delivery as delivered, but it was nowhere to be found, and I have been standing out my window so I know for a fact nobody came. I’m highly disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again. They don’t answer the phone and it’s incredibly shifty.

So fun fact, I just moved here from New York and I NEVER had a Jimmy John Sandwich. I did not know what to order and I ended up meeting an employee named August. August suggested The Big John. DELICOUS SANDWICH and I can not stop thinking about how good it was. Great location, great sandwiches, great employees!

I love Jimmy John’s, but today was not freaky fast. One Dude on register didn’t know how to add items to a sandwich and kept having to go ask someone else for help.

Live in the same building so I wished this location was ran better. Staff spends more time talking with each other than the actual customers waiting to order. DO NOT order with the application. It always takes about 20+ minutes. It’s 15 minutes quicker to order on-site and just wait for them.

Stopped by today (March 7@4pm) to grab #10 beef sandwich and took it with me to eat outside, halfway through I pulled out a long hair from my sandwich, the guy who made my sandwich had his hair down, cap on but no hair net so it explains it all. Called the store, left a verbal feedback, not even a reaction! Unprofessional, unsanitary, unapologetic

Delicious sandwich, terrible service. I called 5 min before closing to place a 8 sandwich delivery order for the next day, they wouldn’t take my order because they closed down the computers! I tried placing an order online, what a nightmare! No boxed lunch Turkey Tom’s!?!?!When I ordered a Turkey Tom and made it a combo, the sandwich would not show up in the cart, only the sides. No problem ordering the #11, #10, & #12 . I tried using the app on my computer and on my phone, wasted too much time trying to place an order for delivery or pick-up, awful program. Guess they don’t want to sell Turkey Tom’s. Terrible app.

Store accepted to-go order via Jimmy Johns app along with payment. When I arrived to get the sandwiches, it was completely closed. No ability to request refund or get sandwich from another location. Will never order from here again.
